I'm so glad I found this channel. Travis has a very strategic teaching approach and personality to match. These lessons would be a whole lot better if Lindsey would be less-interruptive while Travis is trying to get his point across only to water down what he's saying. Overall, these videos are very informative and are helping me prepare for my exam.

I’ve tried but I’m having to move on from this one, I can’t handle this video but his others that I’ve watched so far are just him and his class
@@giffordssigns9848the reason I got lost in my 1st course was because the information is hard to pick out of the constant interruptions. Like okay we don’t learn certain things because it’ll mess with us for the test, makes sense. but paying CLOSE attention to the distractions in the middle of a teaching moment makes you forget what you’re about to learn when he ties in the concept.
I’m sorry Travis but you may want to give your assistant a different role. She interrupts too much. And maybe have a question and answer Period to avoid the distractions. Otherwise as always I love your presentations and explanations.

That’s why it is best to show the property exactly how you want the deed transferred so they won’t fall in love with the chandelier because it won’t be shown with the property

Mr. Everette, at what school do you teach? I took the course about 2 years ago and passed but didn't go any further. I would love to get in one of your online courses and do this all over again. I am finding that I have forgotten more than I realized.
