Your explanation for the rectangular survey is amazing. I never understood it until now. Thank you so much for your videos. You have helped me understand real estate more than anyone else before. Honestly you are a blessing and a genius. I have been watching your videos for about a month and I am confident I will pass because of your detailed videos. THANK YOU!!!!

    LOL
    I memorized 43,560 this way:
    Poor (4) me (3), I've (5) stinky (60) square feet.
Not perfect rhymes but it works for me.

Hi Mr Travis, could you please help me understand that if a person already working in a property valuation firm without having any substantial degree on property valuation, does he/she needs to obtain a degree before applying in new firm?

It's hard to tell what question you're actually asking. Are you asking about licensure requirements for property appraisers? If so, you'll need to check to see what those requirements are in your state. They are different in each state and separate from real estate license requirements.

@@traviseverette No Sir, not an appraiser but in a property valuation firm or advisory firm?

What is a "property valuation firm"? It seems to be a phrase that's been made up from thin air. The only professionals who give opinions of value on real estate are real estate agents for their clients and licensed appraisers for the public.

Travis your amazing 🤩 thank you but the women in the back is so annoying she makes it hard to concentrate

More or less annoying than someone who is benefitting from a huge amount of knowledge for free and being dismissive of someone who has earned more respect in this industry than most ever dream...and I'm not referring to myself. You would do well to listen to "the woman" if you knew what is good for you.

Ok I get it . I am happy she’s successful I’m not judging her character or her knowledge or her being successful or not. I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks she’s to loud and I can sometimes barely hear you . Yes I’m grateful this is free and I’m extremely grateful I’m benefiting from this. How is calling some one else” annoying making it better.
