I think it’s clear there are no whales or lobsters in the pond. It is equally clear that they can be found in the ocean...a stone’s throw from the pond.
@@jgator6694 Then mention that bozo! Are you a professional real estate person or what?? HOW FAR is a Stone's throw?? Can you just drop your lobster trap or maybe you need to pay a prohibitive fee? What about IF your not a full time resident? Again, as I said earlier you are deceptive and IT IS nothing more than CLICK BAIT! Maybe you can catch lobsters w/it??
@@marcob.7801 wow...you have a pager issues. CHILL OUT. I don’t think most real estate agents give exact mileage. The description clearly says (if you bothered to read it) that it is located 12 miles from Ellsworth which is on the coast of Maine. The Atlantic Ocean is essentially in your back yard. If you live in that area or even visit that area, woods or pond or ocean, (in mid coast Maine) you will see lobster traps, ads for lobster rolls, pictures of lobster because you are ON THE COAST OF MAINE. It is not click bait and I think you are unreasonably beating up on the person who produced a lovely (and truthful)video. By the way, I am not a real estate agent - I am just someone who disagrees with you. If I see a condo for sale in the suburbs of Boston and it shows photos of the city of Boston ( Fenway park, little Italy, Boston gardens), I am not going to flip out and claim “click bait” if the condo is in the suburbs of Boston. I am intelligent enough to figure out that they are showing me all that is available to me if I buy the condo. Geez....chill out.
What a crummy video. Hey I want to look at a lakefront cabin, pls show me people fishing, skating and sledding. But by all means do not show me the house or lot cause that would make to much sense.
Extremely well presented.
Believe it or not I lived in a place like this when I was a kid. We didn't stay in the winter though. Best summers of my life.
if this was in 2017 I'm sure it's not for sale any longer
How is the inside of the house? How many bedroom, how about the shower bathroom and toilet?
This. same property will cost double now in 2021. I kid you not.
enjoyed your video
Clickbait....ain't no lobsters or whales in that pond!
