There is a border patrol couple I sold a Brackett Lake property to a few before this one who live year round. Many use their cottages, camps, homes year round for getaways so yes. But I would add more insulation to the attic, drill a well. You have foundation under this one and insulated windows, log walls that are warm. Plus a woodstove, oil hot air furnace. Most folks use their lake places year round for vacations, those long weekends or more!
