Bob thank you for the great videos. One question, have you tried charging the EB3000 EX Bat. with the AC charger that comes with the E2000LFP. I don't see any option for charging the EB3000 EX Bat. from an AC outlet. I don't have any solar or a E2000LFP but, would like to get the EB3000 EX Bat. for a backup battery for when the power goes out to run my 12v ham radio setup and or using it for my 12v refrigerator when camping for a couple of days and then just charge the EB3000 EX Bat. when I get back home using an AC charger.
The instructions say 400w max input and the smallest charger on the Pecron,s website is 440w.

Already did that :)
You can charge the EB3000 with ANY 5 pin aviation cord pecron sells. The input MPPT will regulate the power input :)
600 watt ac charger -----> (down stepped to 400 watt automatically) EB3000
(We recommend this one because it runs cooler because the charger is not maxed out, And it will last much longer )
P.S. We do this many times so we know it works perfect :)
My favorite setup for AC is the following:
Ac charger 600 watt -----> e2000lfp (port 1)
Ac charger 600 watt -----> e2000lfp )port 2)
Ac charger 600 watt -----> eb3000 (Down stepped to 400 watt)
Ac charger 600 watt -----> eb3000 (Down stepped to 400 watt)
For a grand total of 2,000 watts input charging, This method will charge the full 8kw system in 4 hours :)

Hey Bob can you do a video of these expansion batteries actually working independently from the main unit ?
I did already :)
We did that test that they would stay on and power what you needed without the fear of them turning off.
I just don't remember what test number it was

2 batteries for 8kw is the max that you can use with this system e2000lfp...
Believe me, I WISHED you could put up to 4 batteries on this unit :(
The resistance of the cells would be strained to much and is not safe. That is why they always put limits on batteries being linked together.
I was just hoping that pecron found a way around that, but to no avail :(
Bye-bye petron the solar generator or the batteries I'll do it all from one of your shows and that's because I really like your shows and you make a lot of sense. I know you have deleted one of my comments but that's okay I was just trying to ask the question see if it would work and what would not work and what I should not try and when I asked question I think you're the only one that should answer it. One because you have the peckeron to you the one is telling spirits you're the one that's playing weather to see what works. But I do believe I should get one of those solar generators and it's complete battery set of two batteries to run upstairs of my house which might run a small amount of power ta times and other times about 1800 watts for a long. Of time anything more to have to hook up to another solar generator to run anything else which I think a peckron 3000 and it's batteries wood do that and that you take care of all my upstairs. But then I'm going to need some for the basement and the first floor of my house which would probably be more power. But I think I need some for my kitchen stove my water heater and dryer to hook up to their own systems.
