Hell ya brother!! I'm a lil peanut butter and Jealous..Lol..Should order mine in the next few days..This is the best priced expansion ready system I can find and I've spent the last month watching videos hours A day from all the best Sogen channels ..The Exoflow Delta 2 is a close second by the expansion batteries being only 1 and 2 kilowatts and priced higher.but a very smart System ..if not for the limited mppt control to only 500 watts you cannot offset your daily use and charge to full and use it all night...The Pecron Can... And wait for a sale to buy the expansion batteries... Black friday....cyber monday..Etc....Great Choice brother..We The People!
Great job, Bob, once again, and you're right. What was pecron thinking for not designing a display on the expandable? Batteries, just like the main station, have one and also the engineering's. What were they thinking to develop these expendable batteries without a digitaldisplay. So that way, they are able to communicate properly of how much wattage is coming in, and it's holding throughout the station and batteries. I strongly believe and know that they need to work on that on those flaws. I like to add that you're not spending $5 on these power stations. Or expendable batteries. They are very pricely and for them not to think of those things being engineers. That's pretty sad. So I like to put my 2 cents and let them know through this comment. An interview video that you've done, they definitely need to work on that. They need to work on designing. A better system where the main power station recognizes how much power is being charged. Throughout the whole system. That is looking for a well built product and affordable one, as well. That way, future customers will feel 100% comfortable and confident. Of buying such a product, Bob, thank you once again, and keep the videos coming, buddy.

Have a question. In one of your other videos you said you have to charge EACH part of the system separately (not connected) to 100%. Now you are charging each one at the same time when they are all CONNECTED to each other? Was the first method only when you have to go to the hidden menu to set up the system with both of the batteries and then after that it done you can charge the second way going forward? YES, You don't just want to slap batteries together with different voltages (not a good idea) After they are all hooked up , they all share voltage....
When you first get the system, Pecron recommends you to charge each piece separate and then put them together (their method) (ALL SAME VOLTAGE)
Once all the voltage is all the same, The batteries drain for the most part (all together as a team, no matter what the lights say)
After you have the system together and synced for the first time, Then yes, We charge them all together. (voltage flows like water to all the parts hooked up no matter what you do)
P.S. We pay ZERO attention to the sync lights on the batteries anymore EXCEPT for a FLASHING RED light, which we believe is an over voltage.
Best way to charge it is to ONLY charge the full system through the port 1 & 2 on the e2000lfp ONLY (less headaches and waiting for the power meter to catch up if you charge also through the batteries)
2 solid months of doing this with zero problems :)
@@RamblinBobReviews Thank you so much. So after the first sync best to charge ONLY through E-2000 ports 1 and 2. I just ordered the new E-2000 so I will have 2 one new and 1 old. I have 2 EB3000 as well. Would you suggest hooking the NEW E-2000 to the 2 EB3000? If I do that I guess that means I have to go back into the old E-2000 into the hidden menu and then change it back to a stand alone instead of the EB3000 being connected. Btw if you set it up for one EB3000 can you use the E-2000 all by itself or must you connect the EB3000? Thanks in advance. God Bless:)
You can use any battery at any time, The only difference is the e2000lfp (if the extra battery is not attached) will have a wrong power meter amount because it is/was looking for the rest of that power that is not there ;)
Bob I have version 2. Do I have to do the same with my version?
I believe it would be the same, BUT, Since i do not have version 2 yet, I can not 100% confirm this.
Would assume that it would be the same, BUT...not sure yet......
