I'm totally binging on this after seeing "Valerian"...both stories have a male-female duo (one from the past) working for a galactic organization in a stylized future...
One of the little things that kind of makes me giggle the man is from what year and he doesn't know the difference between disco music and rock and roll music. Don't get me wrong I don't have a problem with this go some of its kind of catchy but the man doesn't know the difference between rock music and disco it's just totally hilarious.
Hearing Buck ask for Rock and then hearing Disco music hahaha. Leaving Earth in 1987 he'd be more into U2 Whitney Houston or Debbie Gibson haha. Twiggy would love Debbie Gibson and Belinda Carlisle.
@@JENDALL714 No....Buck runs around with all the ladies in the future meaning he was running around back on Earth the same way and would be clubbing it up when not doing his space stuff in his 30s and would have forced himself to think he was hip and with the current music.
The absolute height of pseudo sophistication and a prime example of a late twentieth steampunk as it were. This show would greatly benefit from a 21st Century reboot.
This "trailer" (actually it's just random scenes and clips) has no narration, does not show the basic premise, fails to entice the viewer to drop everything and buy the show, has very little dialogue, doesn't even include the little robot's funny noise he always made .... I could go on. Very lame job. I mean, really, show some highlights that the fans would love-- the space vampire, Jack Palance, anything. Grade = F.

How can they do it in HD? Upscaling?
The film prints of each episode were scanned in 2K, but, unlike Battlestar Galactica 1978, were not cleaned up frame-by-frame and DNR'd.
No digital version? Because no one uses blue ray anymore lol, sigh I am guilty too lol

Buck leaving in 1987, would make him a teenager in the 70's, that would be about right that he would be into Disco.
