Great video! I bought this about 6 months ago, but I never used it, waiting for my old one to finish dying. I just installed it today, and it's fantastic! It is very stable, and the ball joint makes it even sweeter. I'm kicking myself for not using it sooner. Lol
the wide screw installation in the center is built from 4 individual parts and breaks after some time when the plastic get dry it is a major problem, since it simply falls and can not be used anymore

Well that's a real shame, haven't had that happen on mine yet but I'll keep an eye on it.

The ball joint is the wrong size for the locking nut. When I tighten the locking nut, the ball joint falls right out.
Can this hold a Samsung ultra phone?
