*Ah, this brings back great memories! My dad and step fam used to live in Miramar in the Silver Lakes community, and I used to visit them as a kid during the summers in the mid 90s through the early 2000s. They moved to Central Florida as they aged due to the growth of South Florida. Now, at 40, my wife and I are considering moving to South Florida.*
I grew up in Miramar lived off Panama st! My step dad moved into that house on Panama when he was a baby and we moved back in 2008!! Miss south Florida! And my dad always lived in east Hollywood! And I went to McArthur high school!
I used to live in Pines (Pembroke) about 7 years ago. Was thinking of moving back to south Florida and considered Miramar. Ultimately, I don’t know if it’s worth it. Can’t find many newer construction single family homes, traffic has gotten worse since I moved away, and insurance (for home & car) is high. I’m starting to consider a move to Orlando instead. 🤔 I’m so torn 🙁
Well, this is truly a personal decision based on your specific needs. You're right about the traffic, the new construction, and the insurance. If you'd like, we can schedule a call to go through my questions, I take a very personal approach to this business. A lot of times, after speaking with someone, we realize the best thing is not necessarily what you thought it was. So yeah, you never know..all of my contact information is here: instacard.co/Michael-Valencia-PA/home

Din not know that Miramar was so big in population.i am considering to move either in pemb pines or Miramar...
Oh yes! Both are some of biggest cities in the entire state! Plenty of inventory hitting the market now, excellent time to negotiate rents or prices!
