Billet Head first start! Thump-Air part 103 4- stroke ultralight engine!

Check out the latest Thump-Air build! Featuring a custom billet head with massive valves, a massive carb and exhaust. This thing is going to rip. It almost flipped over on my bench in the first start up!
I still have to tube the carb and figure out what it likes for timing. after i get some run time on it I'll be eager to fly it on my aerolite 103! subscribe for more engine conversion content!!

Awesome it's sounds mean, hard hitting. I think you have built a good balance of power and reliability, anything more probably wouldn't hold up long. Ready to see this bad boy fly.

The interesting thing is it's not the power that kids these engines is the insane RPM people take them to. The cool thing is the peak HP happensl at a pretty reasonable rpm and peak torque lower yet.
That being said this is a complete science experiment and i have no idea where it will land yet. Can't wait to see what it's capable of!

I have built several of these engines and started them on my bench many times. This thing jumped in the air and al.ost landed upside down. Its going to straight up rip!

Need to mount a VZ21 to it and gain 50% hp and torque. 😁

If anything I'd do the AMR 300 blower. Too much trouble trying to turbo one of these given the lack of an oil pump.
I do dream of turbos however 😍😍
