Great video!
Trout and redfish love the spook too
Thank you dude I just bought my first spool and I was wondering how to use it
Nice video.
definitely gonna try this. just sub n liked
What was that song in the beginning? Sounded familiar Haha dope vid!
It would be nice to actually see the tip of the rod so we can see how you're working the action
have you caught a lot of fish on the spook
Pop twice to every quarter turn of the reel?
do you normally fish straight braid to the spook?
Do you just walk the spook the same how you walk the hollow body frog or do you have to walk the spook side to side
no just a little jerky pull every time, straight back
Excellent video, can you do a video on how to work a jig/pig ... I still have no idea if I should be dragging it swimming it lol
+Vin The Fishing Man sounds great I appreciate it Vin👍🏻
can someone please explain to me why 65lb braid is necessary?!
KingofSwing do you want to catch them
It's not. Use mono. More strech more side to side action. His side is side is very slight.
I only use line that heavy if im fishing in real heavy cover like grass or hydrilla or somethin like that. Lot easier to horse the fish out of that kind of stuff without worrying about snapping your line.
@@dannyreid9943 I use 40lb for mahi and tuna, fuck off bass pleb using 80lb
Cause he's on the river
65 pound braid?
These bass fisherman are a different breed man...
Most spooks are quite big baits the heavier braid makes it cast a bit better it's not that you need it for breaking strength.
Where are the fish?
It’s heddon
65 lb?! Isn't that excessive? New to topwater lol just sounds beefy as shit
65lbs braid? WTH are you trying to catch on fresh water?😂😂😂
65 pound braid you trynna catch a Whale
It's always nice if you can actually catch a fish in your video. If not - don't post it.
He literally said he's not trying to, just showing how it's done
