The point about respect being earned, not demanded, really hit home. It’s so easy to think that just doing the bare minimum will get us noticed, but in reality, it’s the habits we carry that define us. Removing excuses is one of the hardest but most rewarding changes I've made in my life. Anyone else feel the same way?

I have no skin in this game. However, I respect people who offer helpful feedback in a constructive, supportive way. If you think you are more real, authentic and sincere than this creator by being harsh and critical of their content style then that speaks volumes about your personal values and ego, more than it does about the content creator's efforts to produce the best quality they currently know how to make.

This video is a powerful reminder that self-respect comes before the respect of others. We can't expect to be taken seriously if we keep undermining our own worth with excuses and laziness. I had to learn that the hard way, and it’s a daily challenge to stay disciplined. Who else is working on these habits?

Belief in Love and respect is different from not trusting people unless they respect you. Respect through fear based boundaries require one to block access to one’s cowardly insecurities with walls and locks. When no locks and walls exist, no fear of haters would be developed by ignorance.

There is always a video about any subject that one may relate to so often a person will find one and place it in your feed. This is someone's opinion that matches how they feel. I had a relationship with no verbal communication and this was my experience.

It's very interesting. People who overreact do thousand times more wrong to others than those whom they overreact to. Their tendency to misunderstand and not being forgiving. Never giving the chance to others to clear the misunderstanding. I realized i can never trust the friendship of these people. There's no firm foundation. A single thing throws all that was built outside of the window

I love how this video emphasizes that respect starts from within. It’s true-if we don’t respect ourselves enough to show up with integrity and discipline, why should anyone else? Let’s take the challenge and remove these toxic habits for good! Which habit are you working on removing first?

I tried to control my emotions but i see people take advantage of my silence but being more like a bully. There's no respect if you're weak infront of bullies i have seen our school principal siding with those bullies and how i was replaced just because she belongs to a rich family. I remember my highschool classmate who was assigned to implement proper skirt length. She threw her weight around, one day i questioned her action and she slapped me but to my horror she was the one crying, throwing her eyeglass and broke it putting the blame on me. I didn't react but the principal believed her. She played victim while i became a sore to that principal's eyes😢I learned that a good liar was more believed because of their family background and status. Now, I don't care about other's opinion and would tell what's on my mind especially now that I too got the money and the prestige. There's the saying, With money you can't go wrong and who got more got the power.

Boundaries are the ultimate respect test. If you can't respect someone else's space, don't be surprised when they stop respecting you.

I'd respect this episode more if (a) each element was not formulaic - it's not that anything is wrong, it just has no "feel"; (b) it was read with normal cadence, not a monotone - I suspect you have an AI read a written text.
Lesson: to gain respect, be real, sincere. Not necessarily perfect.

I roll out of bed at 4:30AM with nobody awake to judge me, and don’t worry about how judgmental people respond to me watching them get up all disarray like you if you get up a couple minutes later , giving a reason to judge you?

It’s an oxymoron using a cursed language loaded with semantics for validating leadership that sits around thinking about getting people to pay respect for thinking up exploitive ways to pay them enough to give it back for such wise words. In your seemingly oversized head while not allowing humor if it’s contrary for nuanced stimulation

If tired of serving disrespectful greedy and selfish tightwads playing up their virtues and self promotion while gate keeping and thumb screwing newcomers with the systemic corruption and lies, as they demand leadership positions and do very little, it doesn’t enroll inspire or motivate any ethical reason to be involved due to diminishing purpose as a human being dealing with animalistic competition. It becomes a reason to hate people like that, and desire that they learn how to be actually honest about undue disenfranchisement
