Gossip is bonding ONLY in the Beauty Salon business! Good gossip l mean, lt is the backbone of the Industry!!! The only catch is to choice the select few to gossip to.....because l guarantee it will come back to you....l once worked in a salon with an inexpienced lazy boss we all talked it over,she left on her own! It just wasn't her thing! She was collecting a salary for doing nothing and mean to boot! After she left my coworkers and myself were much closer!!! Gossip really worked that time! We each had stories about how badly she ran the salon and how she treated us all! I am glad we shared! Now we have a nice hard working manager who fits in with the rest of us! All of us have been in the industry more than 35 years!!!! Lol!!!😂 We know a lazy manager when we see one!!!!🎉
