11 Year Old Buys Real Estate | Kids Need to understand how money works.

Not all investments are right for everyone. The point here is to to teach our kids to take managed risks with their money.
Also, our kids watch and listen to what we do. I was blow away by the understanding of leverage she had.

Yes, index funds via a roth would be goot too but really trying to teach value add. The 100k build will be valued around 350k giving her a 3500 equity position in a few months. The lever of value add is hard to get, let alone show a kid the nuts and bolts of how to do it.
