Great video and explanations, I've been looking for a channel like this for a LONG time. Glad to have found you. I'm planning a similar renovation on a similar square footage home, and currently building the project plan. Is there anyway you could share the total cost of the renovation to this main house? My idea is - like you - fine tune this project plan and make it reproducible over a number of properties. Appreciate any insight you can share!
