Right?!?!? It’s nerve wracking! I completely froze up! We hope that you have a great time at Play and we appreciate you watching the video and commenting! -James
As for the Cocktail pricing… $20 may seem like a lot (and believe me it is), but most cocktail bars or even standard cocktails at Casinos bars will run you $16 plus, with craft cocktails generally being between $20 to sometimes even $25 😮 - So they are competitive with other places, but still not cheap. In the realm of a craft cocktail versus a standard liquor and mixer, if they are going to charge $16 for that, then for only $4 more I might as well go with the craft cocktail. Vegas math is weird. -Paul
@@JamesandPaulTryitAll thanks lovely, I'm from the UK and everything is comparatively cheaper here. I didn't mean any offence and that place has a fantastic idea! I'm just not very well travelled I think. Ask me anything about St Tropez all day long but apart from that I'm kinda naive. I'd be so happy to visit The Luxor playground and hope they do really well x
So much fun!!! Thanks for watching! We really appreciate it! As soon as we get home tomorrow and have some time to sit in one place, we plan on watching all your videos! It was wonderful chatting with you and we hope that you continue to grow your brand and do what you love! -James
Play Playground was a total blast! We’ll be staying at Luxor in July and definitely want to do it again if time allows. We’re so glad we ran into you too! It was lovely chatting! -James
It’s hard to give a definitive answer on this as we did the regular entry during the soft opening. I would probably stick with regular entry just because I would be hesitant to pay more. -James
I absolutely loved this video. You guys had me hollering 😂😂. I am showing this to my husband right now. We can't wait to try this when we come to Vegas in May. I think I need to run around my neighborhood a bit 😂😂. You definitely have to be in shape.
Awe thank you ❤️ - It is definitely a huge burst of energy needed to play some of these games (and in fairness Move It can be played with multiple players and is designed as such) - But it was so much fun. They definitely leaned in on that millennial nostalgia and the cocktails definitely tasted like things we grew up with as kids (just full of alcohol)
While this video needs more black sparkle shirt, I understand that it would probably hinder your agility for some of these games. Are there prizes or anything to win with these games? Can you win tickets or anything which can be redeemed? While this seems super fun, I’d need some rewards for all this activity.
They do have a small prize counter where you can trade your points for small merchandise and stickers. Some of the prizes were about 3800+ points but between James and myself filming for the video, we had lots of credits leftover and didn’t really rack up enough points to trade in. But… there is a prize counter and they even made that part of the experience. -Paul
Play Playground offers an option to recharge your card to add credits, but they sadly do not list prices for the recharge on their website and at the time of our visit we still had about 150 to 160 credits left on our cards after doing everything shown in the video. What I can say though is that our admission did provide us each 300 credits at the time of entry to use on the games and games cost about 18 to 20 credits each. The attendants also informed us that the admission covers enough credits to play each game in the venue at least once. But with that being said you can mix and match and use more credits on one game you like than others. If you do run out you can purchase more credits, but my understanding is that it works like a Dave and Busters and additional credits will not be as much as what you paid for the admission. -Paul
Thank you and we hope you enjoyed the episode ❤️ This was a fun episode to film and if you are ever visiting Vegas and at the Luxor, this is all the fun you can have as an adult, while being a kid again ❤️ (I even got to bust out my GoPro for this one) -Paul
It’s one base price which was $37+ tax - There’s enough credits on that admission to at least play all the games once, you can add more and depending on how long you stay and/or how much energy you have to play all of the games (some of these are quite physical) if you need to add more it’s just like a Dave and Busters where you add more credits. -Paul
You are very much correct. Which is why we definitely wish this place the best on their success and we hope that by watching this video it helped show off all of the fun this place has to offer. This is definitely a unique alternative to the cookie cutter activities on the strip that combines fun drinks with an immersive experience and it lets you “be a kid again”. Plus it’s much cheaper than gambling on the strip. Thanks for watching ❤️ -Paul
I’m sold!!!! We are doing this in Vegas!!!
It’s an absolute blast! We’ve been wanting to go back.
-James
You made it look like fun! I'm gonna go! Thanks guys!
We’re glad you enjoyed! We had an absolute blast at Play Playground and we hope you do too!
-James
What fun!!! I love how Vegas is trying to be creative to offer entertaining options for millennials.
It’s definitely a great addition to the Luxor.
I can't wait to go in 2 weeks! Lmao that popper game as a kid had me in tears!! The birth of my anxiety I would agree hahaha
Right?!?!? It’s nerve wracking! I completely froze up!

Loved this!! Way more fun than your restaurant/food videos,IMO. Cracked ME UP!! Watching again!
This was definitely a fun one! We’re glad you enjoyed it!

This place looks like so much fun ❤ however, $20 a cocktail!? 😮 x
It totally was! A super cute environment with a lot of unique activities unlike anything else on the strip. We really hope that it does well.
@@JamesandPaulTryitAll I'm pretty sure it will, the prices seem pretty steep but who am I to judge? So glad you boys had fun x
We felt the prices were a little high at first, but when we thought about what we would spend at a Dave and buster’s it felt more justified.

It was such a blast! I would absolutely recommend it to almost anyone visiting Vegas!

Do you recommend paying for the VIP pass or just a regular entry?

How’s h does each additional game cost if you wanna play a couple more games?

Haha. That looks like a fun place to go. Will keep it in mind for next time.
It was a blast! We hope to be able to go back and experience some of the things that were not yet opened when we visited.

The slight gasp after “I beat Paul” made me giggle 😂
This was a fun video! 🍻
We had to put that in. As soon as the words came out of my mouth, I couldn’t help but go to the darkest place imaginable.

So how much did it cost for all the credits used?

Thanks 😊
You’re quite welcome!

You two should do a video on the Museum of Illusions. I bet you'd have a blast there.
We’ll definitely consider it! Thanks for the suggestion!
-James
On Perfect Popper… you should Rush a little more.
I remembered why I hated perfection
-James
I see what you did there 😂😂😂
-Paul
Prizes?
All of the games provide points, which can be traded at the prize counter for prizes.
-Paul
Luxor doesn't care all they want is to collect the rent money from the tenant
