    4:46 Priceless gem - this is the sort of teaching which you only get from people who have actually done the work and are humble and wise enough to pass it along. Joey is a fantastic teacher who understands how much time and dedication to the practice are necessary to advance meaningfully towards a deeper asana. Thank you.

    (btw In Taichi I learned to never put you back against a (cold) wall, always put some blanket or pillow in between to protect the spine)

    Great video as always. However, the practitioner in this video is super flexible. An average person with tight hips is even unable to approach this position. It would be also good to see how to grasp the pose and create right sensations for most of yoga practicioners we see on yoga classes. Many thanks!
