I am 76 yrs old and have been a yogi for 25 yrs. A plant based diet for almost as long and intermittent fasting. I have no health problems and on no medication at all. Ashtanga yoga is my practice and lifestyle. I still do backbends and handstands. Namaste!
Hallo you are really great kino because I watched vidios of both of you are real master or teacher than sharad but still you giving GURU position to him that is like Arjun who is great warrior and respect his Guru Dronacharya
Hi, Kino. I got into this wonderful world of Ashtanga yoga through your youtube video. And, I have been practicing Ashtanga about a year and half. Thank you so much!! You have changed my life!
Kino, you are a great interviewer. He kept avoiding answering your question, but u went back and addressed it again with such grace. It was a pleasure to watch and I will watch it again. I LIKED it 👍 of course. Namaste.
Beautiful intention 💕 for someone who came to yoga late & I try to help others & reach out to everyone I’m not a reader but I would surely love this book 📚 sounds so much I cld share with my fellow yogis. 😊
I know I should take longer breaths but personally I love doing yoga while listening to music so my moves and breathing go with the tempo. Quietness doesnt work for me, just for sleep and study.
Hare Om, Kino. Thank you for boosting the awareness of this book, it looks incredible! You and Sharathji both have such pure souls and are a huge inspiration. Thank you for your generosity and for always sharing the beautiful gift that is Yoga, with us all. Love, light and Shanti from Tenerife - Namaste @Abhinamyogacenter
Throughout all of your videos you always mention your great teacher Gurugee, Its superb to see you both do an interview! A face to a name. Thank-you both. Be Blessed. (I am sooooo glad you covered diet Kino for yoga!)
It's not much but am really pleased to hear two people who wants to do good for others via yoga, breathing meditative exercises & pranic food with so much of dedication & honesty are together hosting a talk for betterment of others lifes. Me simply not have the book but am really hope 1day I know the essence of it throughly via love and care to yoga forever. Note: Am no one when it's comes to the term yoga, sattvik food, brahma moment at 3:35AM to before sunrise etc but it's my word of appreciation with token of love and respect to both the individuals in the video. # A Master Student. 🙏👍.

Overall great learning experience with all your videos ms kino. Your quest got me thinking and much appreciate this opportunity to hear him. 🙏 to both of you
Strange to see, not many Indians know about Jois Ji. Even in this comment section not a single comment from an Indian. We should start valuing such great Yoga Gurus than some preposterous yoga gurus out there. I am an Indian myself
yes you are right.the reason is that how many of the ordinary indians can afford his fees.i hope you know that it is 30,000/and up per month.i have been practicing hatha yoga and did a one year teacher"s training.it cost me less than half of it.then you may say that it is ashtanga yoga.right.all these ashtanga poses are in hatha yoga also.only thing is that it done in a particular sequence with repetition and fast movement. have you heard about guruji Iyengar and there are many like him here

My dear, yoga is first and foremost an inward journey. Being on the yogic path does not mean aging, disease, suffering, and hair loss will no longer occur. But if the practice is working, they will definitely become less of a reason of suffering. The question you might want to ask Sharath ji is "How do you nourish your hair?" 😇
Hi Kino ! You Look so beautiful and peaceful in this video 🌟 How wonderful and wise your teacher is 💗 Thanks for share his work. I wish you well and send you blessings and love from Germany 🙏🏻😊 Om Shanti Om Peace ✨

I see what he means with inform others about the benefits of yoga asanas and deep breathing, I have tried, but it's kinda like telling people to eat healthier food, it's not that they don't believe that it's healthy, but they just won't do it somehow.
One has to have the discipline and commitment to break the old ways and stick long enough with the new ones to the point where the benefits are realized and become self-sustaining 🙏🏽
This is not yoga. Please see Isha Foundation for more info. Thank god for Sadhguru for being the light in this world. No disrespect to the people in this video. But doing these practices the way they are teaching people is actually harmful.
