I think it’s very wrong to have the subtitle right on the important area where hardly can see clearly the position. Please improve on this, am sure we will enjoy learning from the video.
Sir I saw this video recently.I have a problem when I doing this position.When I trying to do this position I was having pain on my left leg knee.What can I do to avoid this pain
Great tutorial, thank you! You said don't do the pose if you got weak hips, does that mean if your muscles in that area is weak? I would like to do the pose but I got very weak muscles around the waist/hip/thighs, will they get stronger with the pose as wel,, or should I not do the pose?
herrjingjing Thank You! Yes I mean if muscles in that area is too weak so if you got weak hip muscle then, when you practice this pose use folded blanket underneath of your thighs then press your thighs down towards the blanket when you do forward bend. Your Pose will become progressive for you..
This video has beginner and intermediate variations which I have mentioned in the beginning of the video and during intermediate variation at 3:50 I mentioned that this one is intermediate variation we are going to practice
