There has to be something wrong with this life and death thing when I was playing one of my families there was two vampires and 2 Sims from other worlds. My Sim was pregnant and she went into labor, and I couldn’t get rid of them. There was no option to send those home I had the doors locked for only the family, but when the husband came out, all those people came in and they wouldn’t l leave so I sent my Sims back to main menu but still there

I don’t understand how people can play without their sims dying. The number of sims in my saves would grow exponentially if none ever died.
I wonder if they’re sharing so much information in order to reduce the leaks. This reminds me more of The Sims 2, where we got so much info so much earlier than we have with Sims 4. It seems so weird that they only give us information right before it releases, when so many other games have a roadmap of the next year or even two for they have in the works.
Thank you for all the updates! The more I hear the more excited I'm getting. This has the potential to be a good one.

No build feature in the trailer... The update card shows worlds... The card itself is related to worlds.

If we are not so lucky but decently lucky it's a new base game world
There is rumours about a new lot size. So it adds up.

@@theoneandmany1990 Creat a world is a crazy level of delusional. And im so sorry to have to say that. Now if anything it would but a new option/button to bulldoze all of the editable lots in a world and they'll advertize THAT as "you can now create your own world"
@@AJLikesGamesAlot LMAO yeah. That's why my hopeful bet is in a new BG world. Unless the "leak" of the 100x100 lot was a fluke, I don't see why the BG update card had a World theme.
@@theoneandmany1990 yea totally. But could anyone even use that much land? I think maybe the sims 4 team realized more space = more assets. And we all know the more assets you put the worse the game runs. They didn't wanna here anyone's mouth because then they'd have to answer why the game runs like shit and why they released that knowing it couldnt handle it.

no matter how much i love the sound and stuff i see in the pack dont changes the fact it should have been base game refresh.
Its so weird how much content this pack has compared to lovestruck and horse ranch lol. Makes me wonder is a lack of time or something else.
they won't ever assume this and i'm sure it's not the dev team's fault, but after cottage living all the eps felt like pricy game packs. it's sad, at least now we seem to be getting an actual big ep after a lot of complaining
@deadpetz the same team who worked on cottage living are the same people who worked on packs like werewolves, paranormal and now life and death. The other team worked on high school years, horse ranch and lovestruck. Idk, i just feel like one team does so well in terms of quality than the other one.

@EmilyBlueJaye I think so. Sim guru nova, dave and bat always hype up the packs they work on through twitter but I rarely hear any of the gurus from the other team. Maybe they're not as enthusiastic and that reflects on the packs they develop?
I think the Reaper carved his own face into that hill to remember what he looked like as a human. With the Paranormal Pack, you can hold a seance and read their cards for the future. After so many bugs and disappointing packs, I was out of S4. But this looks like something I would really enjoy. I might get dragged back in again. There's so much in this pack it's almost like two EPs in one. I hope there are few bugs to fix. I will wait until others have played the pack. Thanks.

Lots of good information here! Though now it does sound more like the haunted house will be a rabbit hole like HSY’s Ferris wheel rather than a public lot type. Oh well 🙂
Yea we already have real haunted houses with Paranormal pack so I would think this one is just rabbit hole.
Tbf, you honestly werent very realistic with sims 4 standards.
A playable haunted house would undoubtedly need new animations, items with new animations, interactions and maybe a slight rework so your sim doesnt die of fright. (Or it could just be 1 scare perk like "in a haunted house")
We can barely get new items with interactions NOW. Let alone for 1 time concept that the sims 4 itself couldn't even handle correctly.
I could just imagine sims walking in the house, smiling grinning ear to ear. And then just staying frozen for a bit until they decide they want to move. And god forbid they have any sims workers in costumes. lmao

At last! It seems like an expansion pack worth of gameplay here. Not like many others before it. I'm kinda looking forward to it. 😊
This pack just further proves that lovestruck + my wedding stories+ a Cupid occult+ active matchmaker career should've been an expansion pack. I don't understand them separating packs and breaking the game even more. This pack is very promising and in-depth I just hope this signifies the death of mediocre expansions
I agree. They work hard for the systems but what they deliver doesn't mean it's worth the full price. I guess it's bad planning. I get why some things got split cause they do make them better in TS4 like occults. They wouldn't be nearly as good if it was in one pack. TS3 occults from supernatural are mostly lackluster, the witches are the best ones. So I am fine with them being split. It's just that it's so tiring to have a whole year of things we had before but being released in many different packs. That's why I am hyped for this EP, it's not something we had before, it's new, seems to be a decent expansion. I hope we come to a point that we are getting brand new themes and not split ups from the past.
When I saw this trailer one of my main thoughts was "well I'm definitely waiting for lovestruck to be down to a gamepack price because this just highlights how much it was lacking" This really feels like a proper expansion pack! I had a very similar wow response back when I saw what was included in paranormal

The base game update usually is a build feature. I don't see anything new in the trailer. In the roadmap the card of the update show worlds we kinda have... Then adding the rumoured new lot size. Could it be a new base game world? It doesn't seem like they would change current lot sizes in any released world. The CAW feature is quite a big deal too. Nothing leaked about it yet... Maybe it's a new world for the base game with the new lot size. Makes more sense and it's more doable than a whole new tool for making worlds. Cause updating current world would be a hassle, a CAW tool is too much work. Who knows...
Dude you need break! You work too much. But thank you for doing it for us. I'll be truthful, I'll need to see a few "honest" gameplays from simmers before I even consider purchasing. It's so much bling concepts, but how much of it is real. Wedding stories and a few other packs left me very negative, with EA hype.
