Happened to us last year when we flew to Kos from Manchester. We got down to the runway, pilot says we'll have to go back to the stand as there's an electrical fault on a panek, it's safe to fly out but couldn't fly back to the UK because of aviation. We had 1 hour to fix the problem otherwise we'd of had to wait for new cabin crew, we took off 2 hours 45 minutes late
Well done. I have never used Tui but have heard from a sibling they are quite good. It is always down to luck.
Love TUI and always book with them, we flew out of gate 15 and flew on the exact same plane to Gran Canaria on the 17th of June, great video.

There's nothing wrong with EMA it's a great airport can't fault. People always wanted to be treated like royalty wanting everything.
