    I wheel my ram all the time. Last time i went out in the snow my rear end started sliding over the edge of the road which had like a hundred foot cliff. I have the badlands 12k winch mounted to my steel bumper. I winched myself forward from a tree and was able to get fully on the road again. All in the dark with my son with me. Always good times.

      Ohh wow that sounds scary. Did you air down your tires ?

      @PavlusAdventures i did, only to 20 psi I didn't want to lose a bead I didn't have my spare with me at the time I know dum thing to leave behind. It was just that one item I had forgotten that time, pretty important one at that. I knew I could get out of the situation though. I also had a cumalong and plenty of tow straps and shackles. I used to do towing and recovery so I wasn't worried about the situation to badly. I was on a super well traveled road as well.

    A little tip, in tricky situation where you might dig keep your wheels straight to give all tires tractions, once you start moving only then you should steer...this is for people with no lockers.

      Yea for sure. When you’re up hill. Not much you can do but power through lol

      @PavlusAdventures other then deflating to 2 psi yea lol, was talking about that pick up. BTW I always bring starter fluid and lighter for when the bead comes off...had both my tires come off in snoquamie and the old spray and light trick worked...

      @ruskiyify91 yea. I was by my self. Didn’t wanna risk losing a bead. But if you watch our other videos. We lose at least one bead per video. And brake clean works good.

    Amazing, that pork looks tasty. What was in the middle of the pork? Pineapple or potatoes? What a great day!!

    you need lockers my boy…. would make these climbs that much easier…. rear passenger wheel spinning too fast and left passenger wheel just strolling along…

      Yuppp, I do need lockers. Probably just the rear. I’ll be looking into one later. What’s your recommendation. Air or e-locker

    Entirely too much time spent using the boards.

    • @PavlusAdventures
      @PavlusAdventures  7 днів тому +2

      Yup, had to do what I had to do. What did you suggest? Lol slide off and get stuck more and spend more time digging? 😁

      @@PavlusAdventures save time and just use the winch to pull yourself out of a tight spot. I have a winch on my truck and wouldn't waste time trying to dig under the tires to place boards. I'd go right to the winch. This is also why people have snatch blocks so they can winch their front end around properly when you can't winch from the back.

    • @PavlusAdventures
      @PavlusAdventures  7 днів тому +3

      Yup. Good point. I was going to do that with the winch. But if you watch previous video. My friend was stuck in the same spot. And he had to climb down almost vertical hill to hook up to a tree. It wasn’t fun.
