Good thing is you can buy lockers for both front and rear but they’re not cheap but it’s a Lexus so it’ll last a while anyway just don’t trust the Diff as it’s a weak point I would want to get a Land Cruiser 80 Series just to have it standard
Thank you for watching. I appreciate it. Yea drove about 120,000 miles on this thing already, from road trips, adventures, overlanding, off roading and pulling my boat for fishing trips lol. Now it’s got 268,000 miles on it.
This my first video I’ve seen of yours… When did you get your Lexus GX an what year is it I see it’s the facelift first gen and did you lift it and build it yourself? How many miles it got? I got a 1998 Lexus GS300 I got from old man one owner family friend and put $6500 into making it mechanically perfect and now I want to get a Lexus SUV for over landing and the GX keeps coming back to me for price point and reliability and capability it’s just the lockers or lack of that gets me 😅
Hey. Thank you for checking out my videos. Ita 2004 Lexus gx470 got it bone Stock with 160,000 miles. Right now it’s 268,000 miles. It’s a beast. Yea the lack of lockers sucks. But I’m thinking of getting a read locker. The lift is just leveling kit that raises the front 3 inches. And the rear is stock air suspension. And I adjusted the height sensor to match the front. That’s it. The rest is stock.

Slava to God
with the wood this dry you can start it with a match
@@krisk1547 yea I know. I said that in the video that it’s super dry. I’ll use damp wood next time. And pack it down with snow.
That's why locking diffs exist... surprised gx doesn't have that.
Yea I know. It lacks at least rear locker. It has a center diff but doesn’t help all that much.
@@PavlusAdventures Yeah, when I saw your struggle, I was like, maaaan. So much time and pain haha.
@advocado7373 I got all the tools to make it easier. I just didn’t wanna use them lol. I didn’t even deflate tires
Land Cruiser 80 Series was the last vehicle that came with them from factory 1998+ Land Cruisers and Lexus LX didn’t come with

Nice!
Thanks dude.
4:45 I saw that tree off rip and knew what was gon happen 😂😂
Haha I saw in the mirror first 2 times. And didn’t notice I was sliding off towards it more and more. Oh well 😂 I installed a new brake light now 😁
Do you bring protection in the hills. I always do.

I'm new to your channel, and it's great to see a channel that actively wheels a GX470! Keep the adventures going!

Thank you 😊
Dope content!
Thank you. I appreciate it.
Вы возите с собой дрова в лес ?😂😂😂
Ага😁 но не завжди.
Does your atrac work? I’m surprised you didn’t make it out of that ditch. It didn’t look like your spinning tire was brake pulsing.
Yea. It’s acting up right now. Usually yea it comes out no problem.
