Luigi Gamer The only thing about sniper turning around and killing one of the "cowards", and btw i do think it would have been better, but they are all on the same team, in order for C.A.T. to ban the blue team, they would need to shoot them, therefore needed to be on red team. So sniper couldn't technically kill a blue team member, unless it said, "sniper has joined team RED" he couldn't have killed them. No Offence, i think it would have been better that way.

It can easily be customized to track or simply snap-to in most cases. Either version would be able to easily take down a speed-hacker. Because someone is speed-hacking doesn't mean that they themselves are moving faster, only their instance of the game. They still need to rely on their own reaction time and aiming skills unless they also incorporate aim-bots of some kind. After being a frequent staff-member on TF2 communities for over two years, I've picked up on a few things. Above is a general idea that you can base a good majority of assumptions on. It will not always be 100% accurate 100% of the time, but it's a good guideline.
