Amazing Video but just one thing I wanna say is Sternocleidomastoid muscle has two inferior branches one attached with manubrium sterni and the other attaches with one third medial border of the clavicle then where is it shown?

Mam,what if someone tries to change his facial regular posture, and tries to force his / her jaws inwards, which completely vanishes the anterior triangle of neck,,, then what changes in breathing pattern can be/she observe?

On both right and left side of neck we have 2 carotid , 2 digastric ,1 submental and 1 muscular triangle or there are only one triangle on both the side???
