by watching your way of teaching and the human in you which we all want to see in a doctor i truly wish to get a chance for studying my medical degree in swansea university! hope to meet you if i ever settle in UK as a doctor. you radiate alot of positivity through your existence and intuition of serving the mankind with your knowledge.Stay blessed. Thank you for making my med school life easier
Hi Sam! I know it's a lot to ask, but could you please consider making in the future a series explaining embriology? It's quite hard for most students to understand it correctly, and you make everything so easy to learn... I watch all of your videos with great interest. Greetings from Poland, you have anatomy students here also!
My spot exam on this was yesterday and i was looking for your video about it because you make the best ones. Was so surprised to see the notification this morning!
It's funny because only 2 days ago have I went back to check your first UA-cam videos out and I watched the old one, and here you are 2 days later uploading its remake! Made me real excited and skeptical as you would imagine, haha. Cheers!
Well, very interesting. All those triangles are clearly strong & working together. Saw a recent interview with a certain N. Lawson - seems to have lost muscularity in shoulders & torso, but neck musculature intact & evidentally strong as ever.
hey sam i wonder .. the borders of the triangles in greys anatomy are took from a lateral view and from that prespective they described the boundaries superior medial etc but my professor took the boundaries from an anterior view so the borders changed ... who is right and which would i follow to score high on global border exams ?
The borders don't change. All should be described from the anatomical position. There just might be a bit of wobble in descriptions in different sources even though anatomical language is supposed to make us more accurate!
what if you've detached your digastric triangle? or one of those triangles? I was walking with a backpack, moving uphill, and twisted around to look back down the hill, and took another step. In that motion, I believe I tore it detached something there two years ago, and been grinding bones and hearing very weird and scary sounds, losing height and have a rainbow of muscular and face and leg nerve zaps
Your input has been very helpful and valuable, I've been watching your videos for over hr and a half, I have a question, ... so is their any way point in moving the head laterally to train the scales muscles since you say they are best contracted on a deep powerful inhale while the head is facing forward? ( Which I find very, very effective though) for years I've been exhaling powerfully, but I'm not gonna be doing that anymore, thanks to you.
Rather than lifting the model, just put it on the table and position the camera accordingly. This would save you from lifting the damn thing! Good informative video btw. But what muscles are located behind the SCM?
i don't do anatomy, but as a person who stutters i find this fascinating. thanks, Sam.
You are really underrated. I love your videos. Thank you for making such highly useful videos for us students for free. Much Apprieciated

I thought it's only me finding difficulties in embryology
I recommend ninja nerd for embryology!
3 years late but I'll comment for anyone else- He actually has a book on embryology! "Embryology at a glance".
Have found your channel 1 hr ago and cannot stop watching. You are amazing! Thank you!

Thank you in a million languages.
Thanks to bilateral TOS symptoms (since ruled out by an MRI) I no longer have a visible supra clavicular fossa on either side.
