After what, 4 years of constant attacks from themselves & unchallenged vileness from their supporters, can you imagine how awkward any length of time together would be? King Charles has got a lot to deal with, without adding the stress of the Ex Spare. There would only be two choices of conversation plan 1) ignore the big issues, and just maintain polite conversation, or 2) discus the Ex Spare’s behaviour. Neither of which are conducive to a stress free time. Even when he was invited to dine with Charles & Prince William the day Queen Elizabeth passed away, the Ex Spare was the one to refuse that invitation & avoided contact with his father by leaving early the following morning. Wouldn’t it have been nice if he had been compassionate and granted some of his very busy precious time to his grieving father? Maybe he could have also spared some of his precious time to support his father on coronation day by attending the family lunch? But I guess his work schedule is way too busy to have spared those extra two or three hours. I get that people who have never fallen out with close family May just think it’s easy to kiss and make up. But it’s not always that simple, especially with so much nastiness that has come from the Ex Spare & his wife who barely got to know any of the royal family, who bullied & encouraged her friend & her friends young child, to bully the kings granddaughter. After what, 4 years of constant attacks from themselves & unchallenged vileness from their supporters, can you imagine how awkward any length of time together would be? There would only be two choices of conversation plan 1) ignore the big issues, and just maintain polite conversation, or 2) discus the Ex Spare’s behaviour.
