Oh I don't know. A parking slot on the top of a nearly vertical hill made up of heavy clay with a 4 foot wide stone wall at the bottom and a 100° right turn between two 12ft. high hedges just might go for 100k today. Lol!

Not really.
Note how Phil's Estuary accent has shifted over the past two decades from the more posh, (slightly) nasally version to what it is today (which is more down the line between Cockney and RP and full-throated). Just interesting to see how people's speech patterns have changed, it echoes late 90s/early 2000s shifts among many politicians (Blair for example) from straight RP to an Estuary-inflected version of RP (though Phil has always had an Estuary accent).
What would those 100K places cost in 2024? 500K?
