Music for Montserrat

Concierto realizado en el Royal Albert Hall de Londres en el año 1997 que se realizó como ayuda a los damnificados por la erupción del volcan de la isla de Montserrat. Reunió a grandes estrellas del rock como Phil Collins, Sting, Elton John, Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton o Paul Mc Cartney entre otros. Muchos de ellos habían grabado en los estudios que allí existian propiedad de George Martin.

Peter Gabriel would have been there, but they had to have a designated survivor in case some misfortune should befall the venue during the event so the music industry in the UK wouldn't collapse entirely. 😂
Also, how did the stage not collapse under the weight of all that talent?
