Yeah, I think this is the downside to leather dashes in general (or any leather exposed to the sun, like the upper door trim, etc). Happens on Ferraris too. Looks awesome however...
@@Jungkim88 I've owned 3 Audi's before with leather dash's even the same leather Nappa. i have had no issues at all and never did anything other than conditioning them on a normal basis. This one I will take extra steps to protect it longer.
That is awesome! So glad they came through with the repair under warranty... now, how do you prevent this from recurring?
I am going to tint the windshield and condition the leather more than a normal basis.

Oh i agree. This is a defect of the leather. I would push them again to try to help you out.
