Actually in 1996 it was definitely 2pac year no competition at all he had all eyez on me after he got out of jail and being shot at and sold 6 million in couple of months while biggie in 2 years and barely touched 2 million at that time and , and 2 months after 2pac death makaveli album was released in the same year(1996)
2nd verse in holla at me puts away the people saying pac couldn’t rap or be lyrical.
