The 150L was the bike that 1st brought me to your channel. She's still on my radar since I've not yet bought a bike. I'm gonna take a wild arse'd guess that you paid $ 600 US Dollars ? Let us know & I'm glad you got her. In the US markets we've only just started getting these bikes & for about $3,500(Tags, Title included), you can get a brand new one from the dealer. When you 1st talked about this bike I want to think you said the front forks/suspension was interchangeable with the MotoCross 150 version & that really appealed to me but IDKnow it's needed all that bad to have a good time on this little bike? Back to the show > peace
What did ya pay? Ohh, if I go "Mo-Tard" on any bike I wind up with, I'll be looking to YOU to give me some beefed up forks & a kool LQQK. I know you're about giving that service so I got a file w/ you name/address & everything needed to do this thing. Thanks man, looking forward to the next installment. peace
Manoooy, how do you fix the hard start issue for this bike? Is it ideal to replace the stock carb for a TMX155 or just replace the jettings of the stock?
@@rickblaster-xu5ie I know, I paid nearly 4000 USD for mine and sold it for 2800 USD, very stupid. But Philippines and USA are very different economies so hard to compare. This is just a basic bike that can take a beating and can make into a lot of things like an off road tractor beast or a street runner super moto. Just a very simple but versatile bike that will satisfy most needs. I love the bike I have now but looking back would have been better off just keeping my XR and adding some modifications.
@@TheManoy66 Hi Manoy, I'm a total noob with motos and trying to learn about the XR platform. Would you happen to know if the XR200 and XR150 chassis is exactly similar and if the XR200 body plastics parts are cross compatible with the XR150? The reason for asking is that I like the look of the XR200 better but used XR150 units seem to be cheaper and the price difference could be used to buy new body plastics. I am thinking of eventually building similar to the "UTE" XR200 that Revolt Cycles built. Also, can the EFI components of the new FI XR150 fit on the carburated XR150 and XR200? Thanks! 🍻
@@findtherightbeat in your case i would recommend you go straight to the xr200. There are some reasonably priced, good condition units there. Just a matter of finding them. If you get the 150L and bolt on 200 plastics i guarantee you will be spending more

waiting for the bore up video, planning to buy a good second hand unit also, could an xr 200 forks and swingarm fit in that bike also?
Less than 40,000 for sure. Still a steal

Upsizing the jets is the most common fix. Will be posting an update video about my xr150 soon
@@TheManoy66 looking forward to it, Manoy. Thanks!
