true , but also this is another case where the working man gets screwed by the upper middle class and the wealthy property owners again . that woman would have had to pay hundreds of dollars to have her piano removed and hauled away once she decided to get rid of it so she is being greedy and also there is no proof that damage was caused by the piano , its pure speculation and guessing and if i were the defendant i would have told the judge that the damage to her house was already there before they got there and unless she had pictures to show otherwise then the case should be dropped . its very suspicious that this lady took a picture of the piano right next to the damage on the floor that she claimed she did not notice until two weeks later too . she took that picture of the piano near the damage that she already knew was already there before they ever even put the piano there.
He only realized that AFTER the fact. After the job was scheduled and he was late to show up, then he realized he didn't have the tools for the job. He's a knucklehead to be sure and has NOT moved hundreds of pianos.

@@ghettogossippodcast6606 So am I. We had one piano when I was a child. When my 3 sisters and I started playing, my parents bought another one from piano restorers. @ghettogossippodcast6606 Door would be the ramp but it's a really dumb idea to use that for a piano. Coming to work prepared with the correct ramp works better though.
Many might not realize the challenges of moving a piano. I moved furniture and cabinets for 30 years. The weight of an upright piano is supported by only 4 tiny wheels. So, a professional dolly with big heavy duty casters is required to move that piano. And yes, plywood down or metal plates are required to go over anything in the way, like a piece of floor moulding, a door threshold etc... The defendant was 100% unprepared, unqualified and at fault. PS: the movers my ex-wife hired to empty my house ended trashing the family room wood floor while moving...an upright piano! Idk why but the plaintiff reminds me of Ms Rachael.... She soothes my inner child ❤
Disassemble it and throw it out. That's what we did. It was in excellent condition and we were trying to give it away. No one wanted to move it.
Dang it she’s a sweetheart! how could you move a piano with her there? It’s her fault it’s a debacle, Lol 😆
I have moved pianos it is harder than heck,
one time there were 4 of us and we struggled!
Where are the pictures!?
Gotta hire a bonded, insured moving company.
Having owned pianos & had them moved, the mover must be a professional piano mover who not only knows the logistics of the physical move but how to safeguard the musical “guts” of the piano insuring it will play properly afterward.
The one thing she didn't want to happen, happened. And he didn't have enough sense to immediately remedy the issues.
Yep! She's a teacher!
THE PLAINTIFF SEEMS LIKE A REAL SWEETHEART JUST ADORABLE. THE DEFENDANT IS AN ASSSS TRYING TO GET OUT OF HIS RESPONSIBILITIES NOT WANTING TO HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS UNPROFESSIONALISM TYPICAL BEHAVIOR. JUST HAPPY THAT HE WAS EXPOSED & THAT SHE'S GOING TO RECIEVE EVERY PENNY {NOW I WONDER HOW THE DELIVERY WENT}
This lady is annoying.
She's creepy and fake. Loves the sound of her own passively aggressive voice.
My thing is if the guy didn't have the proper ramp to safely move the piano....why didn't he just tell the plaintiff that the ramp isn't available and he would have to reschedule... or give her the option of hiring professional piano movers. All he did was waste her time (and from work) and then in the process damaged her sliding door and deck. I honestly think he should never of tried moving her piano without proper equipment....now he's gotta pay for the damages.
The defendant looks like Zlatan Ibrahimovic
