How about warming up with light weight and getting good form as you pull. No jerking. Go up to 15 to 20 reps to start off. Then move up on weight. At the third set.....hit it. Remember, good form and squeeze as you do sets. No jerking.

bruh i can't even lift myself up i can only jump it then let my self go down slow and even that i fall sometimes this is no Beginners workout
