    I am going back to gym today after 6 months no training and surgery, I want to say thank you for your useful videos and that’s what I am going to follow for next 6 weeks and I want to tell everyone one please warm up before training.

      How about warming up with light weight and getting good form as you pull. No jerking. Go up to 15 to 20 reps to start off. Then move up on weight. At the third set.....hit it. Remember, good form and squeeze as you do sets. No jerking.

    first step : pull up
    bruh i can't even lift myself up i can only jump it then let my self go down slow and even that i fall sometimes this is no Beginners workout
