    Pick 3, for beginners, I'd say:
    1. Reverse grip chinup
    2. Seated dumbell curls
    3. Concentration curls on machine
    Add 3 more exercises for your shoulders, and triceps: Your arm day should be good.

    Reps & sets: 12-10-8 (light to heavy)
    Seated Dumbbell Curls

    Single Arm Curls

    Simply awesome grt video i have been following this for like a month now(plus im following my diet and nutrition ) half inch increase in my biceps thx so much big brother. Make some more of such videos that focus on all d parts of that particular exercise

It is an awesome exclusive guide for building huge arm muscle fast without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

      Tony Walsh I did for a month or two then I got distracted, went through a break up I’m young yeah but it hurt and It’s one big story , got unmotivated, I’m 15 now, and weigh 128 lbs, COVID has me indoors all day but I was thinking last night about getting back up and starting again, what a coincidence

      Yeah, I'd really like to know about a good natural protein diet as well. Being allergic to synthetic proteins really limits the amount of protein intake I can manage.

    Hi @robritchesfitness im just starting out just wondering do i mix tricep workouts in with biceps or separately. At the moment im doing 45 mins in the morning and 45 mins in the evening at my local gym. Just trying to get everything in. So much diffrent information online its a nightmare

    Hi, i just wanted to ask , how heavy does that bar behind you weight on its own, because me being lanky as hell and really terrible forearms or stick arms, i was struggling to do 3 set of 5-6. I feel terrible.
    Beginner catching up fro 18 years ago, now at 40, really trying to get in to things again, wish for food ideas that are affordable and easy to get and workout tips like which groups to work together.

      you don't need powders and supplements. Take full eggs. lots of them.

      canned sardines, chicken breast, and eggs are all great sources of protein and they aren't too expensive. only use powders as a supplement. don't use them as your main protein source. I use to consume ridiculous amounts of whey powders but it was getting expensive so now I use less and I vary my protein sources. sure whey is great but it's important to get different types of protein. cottage cheese is also a cheap way to get lots of protein, i always keep a tub in my fridge. if cottage cheese tastes too boring, sprinkle on some sugar or frozen fruits, super convenient.
