Yeah, I'd really like to know about a good natural protein diet as well. Being allergic to synthetic proteins really limits the amount of protein intake I can manage.

Hi, i just wanted to ask , how heavy does that bar behind you weight on its own, because me being lanky as hell and really terrible forearms or stick arms, i was struggling to do 3 set of 5-6. I feel terrible. Beginner catching up fro 18 years ago, now at 40, really trying to get in to things again, wish for food ideas that are affordable and easy to get and workout tips like which groups to work together.
canned sardines, chicken breast, and eggs are all great sources of protein and they aren't too expensive. only use powders as a supplement. don't use them as your main protein source. I use to consume ridiculous amounts of whey powders but it was getting expensive so now I use less and I vary my protein sources. sure whey is great but it's important to get different types of protein. cottage cheese is also a cheap way to get lots of protein, i always keep a tub in my fridge. if cottage cheese tastes too boring, sprinkle on some sugar or frozen fruits, super convenient.
