Suilven April 2021

A walk up the iconic mountain known as Suilven 731m. Starting at road end at GlenCanisp lodge and following track to mountain. Path leading to base of hill has been restored and makes for excellent walking underfoot. Great job by John Muir Trust and the Assynt Foundation. The scenery was excellent and the gorse in bloom added some nice vibrant colour to the landscape. Managed to capture some drone footage although the sunshine seemed to disappear during these times. Best in 4k HD settings. Cheers

Hi Stuart, yes there is some parking at the end of the road section, probably about 8-10 cars..I did notice that in the GlenCanisp Lodge there was a section at the back where cars were parked and there was a sign and container asking for a donation for car parking so it might be possible to try that if the designated one is full..Best Wishes Kenny
