My new favourite car channel.
Another top video from the top classic guy with a top collection from a top collector..many thanks for this upload
I can’t tell you much I enjoy this channel, Gary. The quality of filming and editing, your selection of diverse material that is about much more than the cars, your technical skill and frankly staggering patience, your ability to explain things with the right level of detail and above all your willingness to let interesting people talk, make for a genuinely uplifting experience. I really look forward to each new episode. It’s also really nice regularly to be transported back to Liverpool where I grew up (even though I still visit every couple of months). Warmest thanks for great work.
Had an officer when I was in the army he had a DB2….. gave me a lift into town…… I was sold from that moment, on classic cars 😎👌🏼
Just look at it. The Aston Martin DB4 is a MASTERPIECE!
What a wonderful episode, Chris is a real enthusiast and like you, a great custodian of classic cars
I was waiting for you to mention the Silver DB4 in the Italian Job...Charlie Crokers Car.
Quote.." Shooting Tigers ?.....Yes I use a machine gun ! "
Yeah, DB4 over those modern things any day. Some wonderful stories. Thank for sharing Gary.
Thanks for the great visit. IMHO, leave the little dent in the E-Type's hood, er, bonnet. 😉
And that Elan? So yummy.
dont tell him but the banana splits had 6 wheel buggies not beach buggies
Argos I think they were
i enjoy the stories that come with old cars it really gives them a life .
Totally agree. I take my modern classic to many shows and the day flies by. The people and their stories make it.
Gary, who's your cameraman? This person does a great job!
Really appreciated. Regards.
Wide collection, with interesting stories to each car.
Pure Class. ❤
David Brown used to regularly be seen driving through my home town of Dewsbury in one of his DB4s presumably on his way to the tractor factory in Meltham. Almost certain that the car bore the personal number plate ‘DB4’.
What a gem of a channel, I love it.
Banana splits 👍 what a lovely Aston Martin another classic episode Gary THANKYOU 👍👍👍👍
Great video Gary 😀👍🏻
Lovely cars and a nice guy , great video 👍
Fabulous episode - lovely guy and collection
Lovely. Roman Purple really is a beautiful colour. Chris is obviously an excellent gentleman - I would love to have seen the print of Arnhem btw. How he tells the stories and bothers to know the histories and other people involved really says it all. Great stuff.
Google David Sheppard Arnheim Crossroads... it's there.
Top stuff
@@omega19uk Cheers!
Manx Meyers, is the Thomas Crown Affair buggy but with the Corvair engine and the nomenclature was DBR1
Another cracker Gary, what a lovely collection of cars!
Lovely collection. Thanks for sharing you love of the automobile 🙏🏻👌🏻
Great episode Thankyou
Lovely collection- great watch 👍
Wonderful stuff.
another brilliant day out
Another great video, very interesting guy with some amazing cars , thank you
Gary ,your excellent channel has become a MUST watch for me….The petrol heads choice.
Wasnt expecting this as the next episode Gary but this really is a cracker ! I can only dream of having a stable of cars like this but its great to see that Chris uses them all. The Aston for me is the best motor there and looks great in Purple ; never seen one and learned something today! I enjoyed the stories about each vehicle and really makes the episode interesting . look forward to the next one and keep up the great work.... Cheers stew
Really interesting thank you...10/10👍
Thanks Gary, great watch. I think you have a ready buyer there for the 928 and Lotus if you sell them given Chris's love of red cars
My dad worked at David Brown in 50s and 60s, first as Joiner then draughtsman. He was putting in David Brown' s(Jnr) kitchen when he came home in DB. It would be 1955 to 60 and he demonstrated to dad the vertical hydraulic rams on each corner for if he had a flat tyre. Would be interesting to know more. Dad now 87. 😊
My goodness, that boy's eggs have all got 2 yokes.
Its nice 2 have a Goldcard
Part of me was hoping the Aston would've had a cold start but beggars can't be choosers.
Quality👍
I really like your videos and your craftsmanship, but you should let your interviewees complete their answers before you cut them off to ask another.
Andy I appreciate your comment but you’ll understand I have to keep the ball in the air and keep it tight, as well as be respectful otherwise it’d be a couple of hours long which won’t work for UA-cam. As it is, it takes a whole week of editing to get it down to this. Thanks for watching and continued support. Regards.
Ferrari...?....pah!.....😊
At the end of these videos I always have a big grin. I was hoping the covers would come off the Ferrari's before it ended
that aston with all the history behind it worth a fortune...
What a Gent
It was Ralph Nader who ruined the Corvair.
🤘😎🤘
The good life…
