Forgot to add that using a lighter ball increases speed more efficiently.. I use a 4lb med ball for speed and power and a 10lb and a car tire for power and strength.. I do the overhead throws rotational throws and overhead forward throw with the 4lb then I use the 10lb and tire for a few more overhead throws jump throws and slams.. every 3-4 days I do about 15-20 throws for each movement and keep it simple.. I’m trying to get my rotational throws and overhead throw more distance.. Been throwing for a few years now progress is slow but steady sometimes you got to take a few weeks off then go back at it to break a plateau.. but yeah I like to throw the lighter ball more

3-4 sets of 3-5 reps with maximal effort. And yes, maximal rest. Thanks so much for the support!
