    How many sets/ reps would you recommend? Also, I would assume max rest between sets to ensure max output. Thanks so much for the drills man, fire content as always. Keep up the awesome work.

      3-4 sets of 3-5 reps with maximal effort. And yes, maximal rest. Thanks so much for the support!

    Forgot to add that using a lighter ball increases speed more efficiently.. I use a 4lb med ball for speed and power and a 10lb and a car tire for power and strength.. I do the overhead throws rotational throws and overhead forward throw with the 4lb then I use the 10lb and tire for a few more overhead throws jump throws and slams.. every 3-4 days I do about 15-20 throws for each movement and keep it simple.. I’m trying to get my rotational throws and overhead throw more distance.. Been throwing for a few years now progress is slow but steady sometimes you got to take a few weeks off then go back at it to break a plateau.. but yeah I like to throw the lighter ball more

      Damn my 9 year's old son use a 8 ball. And a truck tire to work out. He plays football tackle since 4 years old. 🔥🔥🔥

      15lbs. You can definitely use heavier if you're capable
