On the 1st top 5 drills for defensive quickness I’m unable to turn from left to right. I have absolutely no balance to be able to lift my left arm off the ground to turn right without my torso falling down. Why is that and how can I improve my balance at that angle???
I just joined today in EGT and got my first workout! I never have tried it yet because it’s 12:00 right now but still I’m pumped though, although I only am 10 and have no 3 point line I’m gonna do them the farthest spot, oh hold on I can use my friends net to do 3’s. So yea hopefully I do all the drills without bein’ lazy!

Only very few of these can be done revert day but I’m sure EGT will respond to you
Plyo is very taxing on the body so probably only 1-2 times a week as a beginner

kipembe 43 Explosive drills like jumping and sprinting are plyo drills. So all these drills would be called plyo drills.
