Just wanted to say THANKS A LOT! You saved my life. I plugged the cables in like he did in the vid, booted my pc up, and: CPU overheat. I thought that I had destroyed something accidentally, but this fixed it! Thank you!!
Nope, an error was following this comment. The 4 pin header is same as for fans. RGB thing. Connecting to CPU FAN on motherboard nothing happen just loose the RGB on the bomb. I needed switch this head to the 4° free link and got rgb and same temperatures...
It's not a weak cpu for it's time and there's nothing wrong with this combo. The cpu is a K model meaning it can be overclocked, meaning higher temperatures, meaning a better cooler is required. Stop trying to act smart for no reason, he was just reviewing the cooler, never said this would be a permanent build or told anyone to use this cpu cooler combo.
Yo i did put the rgb connectors directly in the rgb hub that is connected with my sata cable whats wrong but they did go on then back off, but now they do nothing everything works besides the rgb, does it mean that my rgb hub is broken or ?
@@itcarecomputers have u ever try? I already try a like install and reinstall icue but this apps keep said my h150 not detected..i don't know why..when i read corsair forum someone said this fan not compatible because there is no usb header.. Or maybe u can help me?

Can't lie i got scared when i saw that the cooler was only for am4 on the box in your vid since i ordered one that's also for am5 and the box is exactly the same
@@zackbourke5658 it does support am5 however id recomend some other company like NZXT, Corsair makes shit products, i'm saying that since ive had now 4 corsair products fail on me and the overall quality of the products just feels cheap. Also you see that corsair logo on the pump? yeah it isn't stuck on the pump it's just sitting there loose.

why? new mobos make it seperatly so you install it in pump fan header and cpu like old times.
@@Toonamik people don’t read and mess up their rigs. Placing it in the cpu header is the safest bet simple

Sadly, this cooler doesnt have icue compability but we can set with motherboard app..for me i use armoury crate asus.

H150 does not support icue software for that you have to buy controller or connect with motherboard arg

It does that sometimes on your first startup, it's a bug. If it's happening again and again it means your CPU is overheating.
