To be honest I really didn’t think you would actually use my idea of the fuel tank in between the frame. Sick video
I’m still having some bog but I’m just trying to get this video out priceless bud
Try adjusting the needle position one at a time. I think it’s lean, so move the clip down by one. It may just be a clogged fuel port too, it’s made of 100% Chinesium after all. They’re not the cleanest out of the box.
Chinesium! 😄😄 too funny!
Yeah if you hit the throttle and it falls on its face and bogs then it needs more enrichment
Finally I’ve been waiting
you should lift the needle in the carb drop the clip one notch to make it richer from 3/4 to full throttle
hey dude, how do you know if a 2 stroke is rich or lean, i know that a little rich is good for 2 stroke but idk
Jairo Franco Boggin is lean and when it flitting(?) it’s rich. I don’t know the right word for it but it’s like “limiter” effect from too much gas/ too rich jetting.
And if plug color is black then it’s rich, if it’s even little white it’s lean and you can melt the piston fast.
Plug color should be brown/ light brown, like a coffee with little bit milk on it.
4 strokes are lean burning engines with white plug colour, but that color in 2 stroke means disaster if driven wide open..
@@eljaibas16 its rich if it "turn off" when full throtle on neutral its the moment when the rpms start to home down from high
You definitely don't want to rune a 2 stroke lean because that's like running a 4 without enough oil
You're doing Great with this,Vasily.71 comments,so far,and I'm going to agree with"put stock timing key in'.You're not draggin yet.You need to learn how far the engine wants to rev.I didn't know until 3 months ago myself.'Sometimes they just ache to scream',and rev further than you thought possible.Fuel octane and oil composition allow all to work the way the motor wants.I'm using my same fuel/oil mix,but this motor's a tiny but different and just wants to keep screaming more. You may find your's does too.Let it rev out a couple times and learn what It wants.
Excited for this build 🙌👏
Dang it Bro! Why did you edit out all of the righthand turns?? That was going to be the best part...
#sketchyscooter #wtfisscraping #sparkseverywhere #hotexhaustenema
Inverted shift pattern is called GP shift.
Bro, your ideas and builds are 1 of a kind, keep them coming
OMG please hurry! 240cc and ported???!! I'm drooling!
Sweet build!
Enjoyed the video!
You need to do plug chops to see were your jetting is. You stick a new plug in and run it wide open, then kill the motor, remove the plug and look at the insulator to check the color. You are looking for a tan color when you get it right. Sounds like the top end needs to be a little bigger on the main jet.
Great video mate keep up the great work from the UK
I'm just learning how to get the bog out of 2 strokes thanks vas you are my reason for tinkering love it 😀
So cool and so scary fast on those tires 😬😬😬 great vid bro
Nice first run!
Cool build.
Thanks for the video
Love your videos dude
Its pretty fast.great job
What a beast 👍👍👍
I like it vasily,thanks
Put some shims under the carburetor needle. That helped me with the top speed bog i had
Dang son that thing is badass
Finally the most powerful mini bike
Tuning, check the plug. The outside ring is low speed jet, inside electrode is high speed jet.
In other words, if out side ring on spark plug is dark and wet, smaller low jet.
If electrode is white, bigger high speed jet.
Slide needle control's transition between low and high. (Start in middle till you get jets right)
👍😎🏁
Great advice!
I love to see young people still making cool shit
Mate I honestly have to say that the engineering and fabrication skills that you are showing to everyone is amazing
To be in one of those cars, go by you......and then see you come thundering up behind them in the rearview?......PRICELESS
Super nice
It's realy awesome
Keep up the good work
Thanks, will do!
Run a good ngk race plug dont use a br8es br9es or any "es" plug...run good mix (benol or blendzall) with high octane gas (40:1-50:1) n correct plug gap....those motor bog easily if somethings not right....if that dont work just put on the big bore kit 👍 than tune, check carb ,intake ,jets ect....this has soo much potential 👍
You're pretty wrong man.
These will be fine with a br8es, even some of the big builds still run them. You can upgrade to an iridium plug if that's what you're looking for.
You'll want Castor 927 if we're talking top of the line. And always a 32:1 mix, but for high-revving WOT conditions 25:1 is much better for these engines. 40:1 or 50:1 will blow them up fairly easily.
Needs to have a leak down test done, with an OEM carb. If you're going with a big bore, a PJ is a better choice. Plug chops to confirm jets.
@@rustic2505 guess i dont know what im talking about 😂😂
Great work👍 Silly Sick bike the SSVasilly ! 🤣
Me too love this build!
4:29 'if we're street driving it or whatever' - You would get some looks on the street!!! Maybe a run through McDonald's drive thru....
Brrrrraaaaaattttttt. Good job.
brooo ilike your mini bike...its super cool..
Big bore kit holy crap dude t hi is thing is gonna be crazy
Coming along awsome 👍👍
Good work with the tig... it really isnt as easy as it looks.. but if you can perfect it.. your inline for some sick looking welds 🤟🤟
You gonna blow that motor up real quick those blasters blow up so easy
Like other have said , needle adjustment for Mid/top range, drop the needle adjuster down 1-2 notches to richen it up at mid and top end range
Dang brother its sick massive fan and you have come a long way with your builds keep it up vasily!
Fix that front wheel and expansion chamber and it will be sick, needs to be smaller for sure, expansion could have been tucked better for sure
Badass
Finally bro
Nice bro yo do great work keep it up 😎👍
thank you for the support!
@@VasilyBuilds your welcome brother
Dammmm
Hi Vasily
Possibly the air filter? I have a 2 stroke scooter that you have to adjust the air filter to make it rev without bog at high rpm
UA-cam will never unsub me from this channel
Feels weird at first on that slick back tire doesn't it?
Thanks for the support bro! I'm used to the slicks
Nice build man💯 Idk if you have ever tried this, but if you're like me and want a cleaner weld on you frame joints, go back over them with the tig welder without a filler rod. This will smooth out and flatten those MIG beads. Keep up the awesome work bro!!
I heard of that trick "Fake it till you make it" haha I didn't think it could work with mig
Vasily, a full racing suit includes boots. My buddy in HS wrecked with high tops on, and spent 6 weeks in the hospital and months in physical therapy learning to walk. The doctor told him if he only had shoes and high tops he would never have walked normal again. But he told him if he had been wearing leather boots, he would have walked away from the wreck. Plz be safe.
What’s the left hand versus right hand turning radius 😂
That tire in the back is so small and good call on the stabilized the smaller wheels get more wabble than big ones
Nice work man I think clutch plans of worn-out on my blaster
check the vent tube for the tank you may have to make the vent bigger
Loved i want one $$$
Nicee bro, but ehh, the exhaust is almost laying on the ground
You may face problems at launch with that seat angle. Most drag minis and quads have a 0 degree angle seat with a small back rest to avoid sliding back during launch.
Needs The Carbs Dialed In, Shorter Gearing & an Air Shifter
Love banshees
I bet your neighbors love you.lol
That bogg mostly comes of to lean fuel mixture
That shift style is way better "GP shift" I switched all my street bikes to 1up 5 down👍🏾💯🙋🏿♂️
How you do that
@@ronnierebel6388 most bikes u just gotta loosen the 8mm bolt on the shift rod and flip it. It’s just a preference in most cases .
The bike sounds WAY lean, not rich! BTW, WOT is the main jet only, not the needle. If part throttle, then the needle needs adjusted. I highly recommend you get a bigger main jet in there though.
Sounds like it is running rich . Or the mid range jet needs adjustment. If you rev it in neutral and it won’t go full throttle it is rich. If at idle it gradually revs up by itself it is too lean. Or you could have a leak like you said. Anyway it looks scary fast! And you got that clutch less shifting sorted!👍
How fast dose that thing go?
Good work nice video
I have no idea cause idk much about 2 strokes but it could also be the ignition timing change
How did you attach the back tire to the bearings? Did you make your own adapter or did you buy it? Im having trouble with that
I have a 00 Yamaha blaster cool to see what you’re doing with the motor. I also have bogging issues at full throttle
Get a different carb jet foo
It's lean you need to get a bigger main jet.
you can add more pipe in front of exhaust so its bend like motogross exhaust 200cc still get inaf back pressure in that champer
Wondering how does it handle with the small slick lookin rear tire? Also you'd get more top end speed with a larger rear tire.. right? But prob going for ballance between off the line vs top end. Looks good Vasily.
it sounds like the jetting as its starving for fuel at wide open throttle
Yep it's lean. I would put a Mikuni on it and tune from there.
mikuni flatside and bigger jet and he be flying to the moon
Definatly lean, running it like that not good for motor at all
@@zangzang1268 what's a mikuni
@@friedhippo20 its a carburator
Try putting the stock timing key back
Use the clutch when you shift
nice. was he ever giving it full throttle? i can''t really tell
Technically yes but way down on power because it's super lean on the main jet.
Bruh, funny you say it reminded you of a 350 twin banshee lol IMAGINE IF YA PUT ONE THEM MOTORS ON THE DAMN THING!!! YeeYee haha
Definitely lean it needs a much bigger jet or a bad intake or crankcase leak.
Carbs are match to displacement, if you are going to increase the displacement, then wait to tune/fit the carb to the increase.
I'm making a mini bike that does 70ish mph for under 200$, I'm close
Tell us how it goes, post a video !
Maybe bogging could be the tank too have you remembered to put a small hole in the cap to prevent vacuum.never mind I watched again closely and you have no worries lol
I know they where having issues with the gas caps not being vented. Sounds lean
Put some air grab find like on a trx 250r get some air flowing through
There so cool where can I buy one
Check the spark plug gap you might have to play with the gapping
Niiice
🔥🔥🔥🔥
hey now , remember what happened the LAST time you were iin a hurry to " just get the video out" you landed yourself in the ER.....as for it bogging down , did you check to make sure the plug was the correct heat range?....how about the float level , did you check that too?....since its a slide bore carb , check the needle depth while youre at it.....dontforget to add a vent to your gas cap.
Could have problems with the pipe resonance frequency not matching the porting on the engine. Even though the volume is the same changing the geometry of the pipe will now change its resonant frequency due to the exhaust waves not bouncing off the added bends
make sure to check the plug color to see if its rich or lean 😁
But all in all pretty nice mini
How much your neighbors like you?? 🤣🤣 I got this same brake setup you linked. Did you just extend the length with some tubing ?? Looks like yours is clear
First of all it is way to lean, second of all your TIG welding is getting better even thoe you took away my last comment but if you want to improve on your TIG welding turn up the amps and use more electrode cuse you can clearly see your weld got to hot by the gray colour. Another thing that Will improve your TIG welding is moving the wolfram longer out from the gas cup, that Will make the weld better because you will not get as Many oxides and also you will see the arc better. Keep up the great work man
can it wheelie??
If you put the big bore kit on and leave the keys it will probably run good
If it's still bogging down then it might be the chamber since you made it a bit different the gasses might not be spread evenly and that's why it bogs down
Love It !
I'm glad you didn't cut your nuts off, with the hose clamp, on the tank. But if it did happen, it would be good content.
