1987 Ram 50 4x4 valve cover gasket replacement (I’m making my daughter do it herself)

My daughter loves the 1987 Dodge Ram 50 4x4 that she drives. Lately she says it has a burning smell, it’s the valve cover gasket leaking oil which is common on these. So today she is going to do it herself with mild supervision and assistance from me.
