Imagine if that was your husband, dad, uncle, brother......only then will you feel a small smidgen of what some face on a daily basis.

      U.S. Grant was a racist, alcoholic, failed general whose wife was one of the largest slave owners in Missouri. He slaughtered tens of thousands of his own Union soldiers via mindless military tactics and was constantly outmaneuvered by Lee. In fact, he is frequently cited as a model of what NOT to be in West Point class rooms. Lincoln only relied on his because he knew Grant would just keep deluging the South with Union soldiers, no matter how many were killed through poor combat tactics.

      You got what you may call fair, but according to the law? This was not justice.
      This was ridiculous. Ahmoud attacked an armed man, hitting him ini the face while trying to strip the gun away.
      Idk about you but in my mind, that dudes son had every reason to fear for his life.
      Ahmoud DID NOT. HE ran up the street TO THEM. That doesnt look like the actions of a fearful man.

    • @sueprice3315
      @sueprice3315 2 роки тому +5

      @@metaldreams3595 Nope, according to the law, this WAS justice. The McMichaels and Roddy Bryan initiated an unjustified attack on Arbery. As the prosecutor successfully argued, if you are the unjustified instigator and the person fights back and you kill them, you can't claim self-defense. Legally it was murder. Greg McMichael said "we had him trapped like a rat" so Arbery felt he had no option but try to fight to get out of there.

    • @geraldineallen8060
      @geraldineallen8060 2 роки тому +3

      @@metaldreams3595 but I guess you didn't hear Gregory admit they had him trapped like a rat. Now Gregory has Himself and his Son caged like Animals never to roam free again. Ask them do they feel it was worth it. Also Travis told the Detective he didn't believe Ahmaud had grabbed his shotgun. I will believe him. He was right there. He would know what happened. He had full knowledge because as according people they are saying the video shows Ahmaud as the grabbing the gun. But Travis said he didn't. I believe him. Now he can sit in Prison to figure what the truth is . His Lawyer said he wanted to tell his truth he did. He said he was in the house on his couch. He said Ahmaud did not say anything to him or threatened him. The Prosecutor asked is that when the Trucks pinned him in he said Yes. So tell me why Justice was not done. I guess they did not follow the Laws of Georgia. So now they will be taken care of by the State of Georgia.

      Youre assuming hes a victim here obviously.
      Youre going to say things like...they hunted him down, they shouldn't have been armed etc and none of it negates the fact that he attacked the son.
      Theres no disputing that the guys were yelling for him to stop.. that they just wanted to talk to him.
      They never pointed a weapon at him.
      He wasn't afraid of them. He was pissed they were fckng with him over nothing.
      Otherwise he wouldn't have run up the street TO THEM and attacked the son.
      Where he commenced to start hitting him in the face WHILE TRYING TO STRIP THE GUN AWAY.
      I cant think of a faster way of getting shot than that. It was self defense, if not for mob pressure, they would have gotten no prison.
      I have an advantage over you.

      He had also gotten arrested for trying to steal a big screen TV from Wal Mart and again he became aggressive and angry when cops approached him.

      There was no violence until Arbery ran straight towards them and went for the gun. That's when Mcmichael fired. If someone is trying to remove a weapon from your hands, the weapon then could be used against you, and therefore, you have the right to shoot in self defense. We don't argue when cops do this when someone is reaching for their gun. The Rittenhouse trial solidified that you can fire your weapon in self defense if someone is trying to take your weapon from you. While what they did was whole heartedly wrong and inhumane and disgusting, Mr. Arbery was committing a crime. So to say he was "innocent" is a far-throw from the truth. Mr Arbery's actions did not 100% have to result in his death. These were some hateful, bigoted men who had it out for him i believe.

      Its actually illegal to trespass into or onto a property, even if its being rennovated. People do it all the time, I get it. But still illegal. Liability issues, tools can be stolen, etc. Someone falls, breaks their leg.. They can essentially sue the contractors doing work, even though they were trespassing. Again, his killing wasnt just. Not condoning it. I believe these three men to be racist a-holes who had it out for him.

      2/.If they truly wanted to kill the ‘Jail bait & coffin ready’ dunce, they would have saved their petrol/gas and kept their snuff video to share amongst the KKK friends!
      3/. Ahmaud and no business in the area, let alone scoping out and trespassing on the property.
      4/. Thieves usually return to the scene of a happy hunting ground, alas real joggers, jog near their homes and keep a particular route, so they can time themselves from time to time.
      5/. ‘First Cause’ & ‘In Good Faith’, these aspects were ignored, thus ought to be the main lines to explore on appeal.
      6/. None of the three men were detaining Ahmaud, he actually stopped fleeing the scene and decided to play Superman.
      7/. So how many bad decisions did Ahmaud make that day? The Mc Michaels thought they were justified in ATTEMPTING to make a citizens arrest and with genuine reasons. As for having a gun, well look how many young men like Ahmaud carry illegal guns and murder people for the most pettiest of reasons?

    Travis thought that because his pop is a former cop, that would exonerate him of any wrongdoing. Now he and his cop-pop are stuck-like-chuck. LMAO!!

    For I am not happy, for this should not have ever happened, but because it did, I'm reminded truth and justice for all,

    Thanks William for the video evidence. You told on yourself when you decided to get involved in a murder.

    It's so simple........... all of this could have been avoided had they simply minded their own business. If they thought he was the "robber" they should have just called the police and left it at that. McMichael said in his previous testimony that he was thinking of his son as he shot Arbury, but apparently he do any thinking before he went to hunt that young man. IF any remorse or tears were expressed by these gentlemen, its only bc they were caught, tried and sentenced.
