I “discovered” you about three months ago and absolutely love your method of training. I’m 70 and have always been active but now have artificial knees and arthritis in my fingers and toes. Your over 60 workouts and standing workouts are perfect for me. They have tremendously helped my balance. THANK YOU!

A wonderful session and my first ever pilates session. You were recommended to me by my onco physiotherapist to practice alongside my other daily exercises. Thank you so much.
This routine is exactly what I need! My legs are strong and slim, BUT my feet and ankles are wobbly. I have balance problems (eye/foot coordination). However, I take your advice and do just what I can. For instance, I use a small chair when lifting one leg repetedly. I don't need to grasp the chair. It's not a matter of weight. I place one finger on the chair when I need it for balance. Sometimes I leave the finger on the chair, but often I lift the finger to see it I can sustain the balance pose just for a second or three! I know that with time, if I keep doing your routine, I will not need the chair or the finger for balance. Maybe others can try this method.
Loved todays class! As I'm in Canada I need to figure out when I need to get up to do a live class! I've been with you almost from the beginning. I cannot believe how much my fitness has improved.
