It's funny watching ppl shift sides and switch who they wanna attack. Back when Drakes allegations of abuse and the allegations made by a minor against him came out, everyone attacked him and sided with Josh for distancing himself from Drake. Now that we know what Drake went thru, everyone is supporting him but attacking Josh for distancing himself. Josh was reacting to Drakes public legal battles and substance abuse issues not knowing what happened to him. Now that he knows, he reached out. I think Josh reacted the way anyone would when a former coworker/friend is accused of inappropriate relations with a minor and has legal issues. No need to blame and attack him.

Only God knows when I’ll be married, when I’ll have a great social life, and when my career will begin. I just have to keep trusting him. My prayers go out to Drake Bell. Hearing him talking about these horrible things was never going to be easy. However, I hope what Drake did with his bravery can help other actors speak up about any personal misconduct. Can't help but admire Drake, honestly, Josh has a huge reckoning to face how he treated Drake in recent years. No matter what he said, they were close enough to be considered as official friends, they started off with Amanda Bynes, to creating their own show together. It's not like they met on the Drake and Josh show and never hung out, there's pictures all over social media of them hanging out during and after the series ended. Then when Josh got a whiff of the elevation of getting the big gigs, he let it get to his head and it showed when Drake was going through his low period of accusations that Josh was not there for Drake. Josh does not deserve Drake, however I think Drake would appreciate to still have some friendship with Josh, with that, they certainly need to figure it out on their own. With sincerity I am hoping for the best for them, I grew up watching their show and they seemed like they were great celebrities who didn't let Hollywood get to their heads. Amazed that Drake went through this and didn't go into a more self destructing path that is too common for Hollywood/celebrity children, he's turned out to be a very gracious guy.

It's so depressing to see drake and josh now compared to when they were teenagers. No matter how happy they look, they still looks really despressed all the time.
That was absolutely heartbreaking to watch him talk about what happened. I could see the hurt and trauma in his eyes. This Dan creep paved the way , he created environments for predators to act out. He normalized sexual innuendos etc towards kids, he made it ok, he should be held accountable as well.
Devastating to see the cycle of abuse continue given child endangerment charges Drake pled guilty to within the past couple of years. It is important to support survivors even when it is not convenient- yes this means supporting Drake coming out against Brian Peck, AS WELL AS supporting Drake’s victim coming out about against Drake.
After watching the docuseries I feel terrible for what Drake went through. That his father did everything he could to protect Drake but Brian had such power and influence over him that he actively shoved the man not only protecting Drake but other kids on set out of the way but even convinced Drake’s mother that he was a safe person to be around even after Drake’s father explicitly warned her NEVER to leave Drake alone with Brian. It’s so sad and the way Brian was caught is even more sickening. I can’t and won’t claim Dan was sexually abusive because there is no evidence of the matter which is what people have led me to believe for years that he was hurting these children in terrible ways. I think Dan was sexist, early in his career perhaps racist or at the minimum racially insensitive. He was mean, he was rude, he was not controlled and not reined in. He knows he was a bad boss. I do think the fact he reached out to Drake when Brian got arrested was a good thing you can give him credit for. He may not have stood up against Brian in court but he never defended him either and I’m sure Dan really did feel awful that something like that happened on one of his sets. Josh doesn’t have anything to apologize for but I think him reaching out to Drake privately was completely reasonable. Whatever he actually said isn’t our place to know about. Regardless of what Josh has said or done in the past years I believe that he really does care about Drake and genuinely wanted to make sure that he was doing alright after openly admitted his abuse on camera for the first time.
Feel more sad for the 12 year old girl that Drake Bell groomed for years and was caught and convicted of doing. Feel bad because all those years of that shit, only earned that roach, 2 years probation. This is most likely all a lie. This guy is a straight up narcassist and sociopath. When he faced jail, he produced a kid nobody knew he had to use to stay out of jail. He's a predators, predator and still trying to groom people
Question: How is it Drake's father sensed something was very off and disturbing about Brian Peck but those who literally worked side by side with him (Dan Schneider) did not? Hollywood likes to look after the child *** abusers apparently. 41 actors wrote letters to support Brian? It was a child actor that sensed the red flags of Brians strange relationship with a famous serial killer? A killer whose victims included minors? No one noticed because no one cared and that seems to be motto in Hollywood and its need to change and this is a start and kudos to those that spoke up and spoke out about this. It's so brave of them all to do this documentary and it's needed for us all to be aware.
Yeah and I’m sure Josh in his girly teen voice, dressing up as women, and always being the butt of the joke was never abused either??? Give me a break. He hides the pain in his eyes. If more people spoke up, it could make more of an impact and get these guilty people behind bars, where they should be.

He doesn’t mean a word he says and had a former actor from iCarly to the “interview” For all we know, Dan wrote and edited the whole thing and should still be put in jail. @@amylee8969 who did he hurt? 🤡🤡
You're right, he looks PISSED! plus he blinks a lot, which if i recall correctly it can be sign of someone lying, i'm no expert but that's what i've heard
He did not apologize to them (Dan Schneider). He apologized to a press junket, and even then, Jeannette McCurdy wrote a book two years ago, and it should have happened then, even after this non-apology. If Dan wants to improve, then he will make the conscious efforts to modify his behavior and seek help.
As for Drake Bell in support of Josh Peck, it is hard to speak up to begin with in an abuse-enabling culture like ours. It's even harder to respond.
Schneider needs to be arrested and put in jail with all the other pedophiles.
@outinsider pls stop Justifying this behavior. Dude needs to be in jail with the rest of them. He knew what he was doing and it’s weird. Crazy how he gone say I want to apologize how he acted? How about apologizing for allowing pedos including yourself on set smh
@@meditativedaj5764 I am sorry, but it wasn't my intention to justify his behavior. My intention was to say prison is not rehab and he needs rehab. Our prison system doesn't rehab.
@outinsider
Yup! To me, when celebrities apologize during interviews or via podcast, tik tok, reel, UA-cam, etc, it’s NOT good enough.
A sincere apology should be directly to people you’ve hurt and privately. It’s not the public who was hurt by Dan.
@@amylee8969 Even if its public, you can tell a genuine one from a fake one. Dan's very fake.
Weird cuz Josh comes off like he’s all about him self
to his Snapchat and as rude as hell, 🤷🏾♂️
No he doesn't. They went through different experiences.
Yes, Josh went through a different experience then Drake growing up.
I miss seeing Drake and Josh together, man...

*Me too.*
We all collectively owe Drake Bell an apology
yeah especially that 15yo girl he took advantage of and went to court for just 3 years ago.
@roymustxng
Josh too. What happened to Drake on set is sad, but Josh not having his back, makes me sadder. Even Nancy Sullivan who performed with him on The Amanda Show and played the mom on Drake and Josh had his back.
I feel so sorry for all of the children who went through this horror and had to smile and act like nothing was wrong. I truly hope all of these people who went through this hell find peace and support. ❤❤❤❤
Drake also solicited a minor dont cry for him too much he liked the pegging and felt the need to pass it on
No matter what Josh says, I think Drake will always have a special place in his heart for him.
Yup. Unlike the character he was portrayed in Drake and Josh as the selfish brother, Drake actually seems sweet and humble.
Am I the only one who made the assumption that Brian Peck was related to Josh Peck (but he's not)?
I thought they were father and son
Yeah, I thought they were related. Thought Brian was an older brother or something.
Thank you! It’s like man I feel bad for drake bell like that is awful and he doesn’t deserve that! But still remembering his abuse of his girlfriend and whatever he did with that minor and fleeing the country!
I didn’t believe a word Dan Schnider was saying there. Maybe I’m wrong, but it felt like he’s just saying sorry so they’ll leave him alone.
If dan was “sorry” he never would psychologically and sexually abused and exploit them
@SweetSkies478
If that apology was privately given directly to the kids and adults he mistreated back stage, it would be more believable and forgivable. But so far, many of them said they never once received an apology.
Josh was talking madd sh!+ On Drake all while Drake was going through the worst experience of his life is crazy
I want to apologize to the lord. I want to apologize for scoffing at his words. I was born with Cerebral Palsy. As a teenager, I wanted to star on a show on Nickelodeon or Disney Channel to improve my social inclusion. My heart was so corrupted by my own greed and envy It never occurred to me that the people who made me laugh in my favorite TV shows were hiding their pain in their eyes, and the sadness behind their smiles. I want to recover from my trauma. These actors want to recover from their trauma too. I finally understand it. I finally understand that I’m graduating in my late 20’s because this is all part of God’s timing. God was keeping me safe from people like Brian Peck.
Drake Bell really did prove to me that when it comes to being a TV star, there is a sense of darkness, that even the bright lights of Hollywood can never hide.
Same here Amen🙏
I have cerebral palsy too and also would like to go into entertainment partially for inclusion too. I’ll be sure to be good and careful.
god bless you amazing message
I'll be your best friend brother
Amen 🙏
It happened during The Amanda Show and not the set of Drake & Josh.
You really think it only happened on one show haha man Hollywood does this in every t.v show/movies they gotta sale themselves/soul to be in the industry
The trial occurred during the first season of Drake and Josh.
It was also happening around the time of the pilot episode of Drake and Josh.
Brian Peck wanted to be the father.
Shit went down, and Drake ended up telling his mom.
@@Erin_Coke@2:27 They clearly said during Drake's time on Drake & Josh. The incident happened before Drake and Josh.
@user-gf7qz1zc2h Hollywood definitely has a lot of problems, but there is not sexual abuse on every show & movie.
It’s so interesting because we already knew about most of this before this documentary was released but no one listened or cared. As usual
I never would’ve imagined he was going through something so dark and it all makes sense as to why he’s been wild’n out the last few years. He was and still is a bright young man and I’m rooting for him %1000. It’s also so crazy this was happening so close to home as well. I’ve met a lot of famous people in the past but I wish I could’ve met this dude man he has always been an iconic idol for me since the Amanda show and Drake and Josh. CHIN UP DRAKE! You’re a strong individual my friend 🫡🙏🏼
That was a bullshit apology. I hope Josh isn't manipulating Drake!
What did Josh even do wrong in the first place? You’re acting like josh was the one that abused him

Josh will always be fat to me idc. Even if you didn’t wanna be drakes friend forever you should have never shit on him. Keenan Thompson never did this shit to Kel even though he clearly didn’t wanna be as close
I feel like Josh is just reaching out to drake to save himself from getting cancelled didn’t Josh say he isn’t friends with drake a while back?. Josh been getting a lot of hate on his Instagram posts recently for praising Schneider
No kidding and the things he said about Jenna too. Like that boy is a fake, Josh should be canceled. Drake is the bigger person and still wanted to be his friend.
Too bad he (Josh) couldn't have the same respect for Jennette Mccurdy..
Josh is a shitty person to drake. Drake is an easy going person while Josh is hater towards him. Josh’s apology is dumb fake as well

Brian getting 16 months is outrageous. That's nothing, people have done far more time for lesser crimes.

Josh Peck gives me bad vibes. I don’t think he seems like a very nice person from what I can gather beyond the surface.
Everytime Dan or Brian’s face pops up it’s like a jump scare

I am stunned that the perp wasn’t charged with rape and 100 other more serious charges.
So, Dan … what about the mysoginy?
and.. Dan, why so many pedophiles on your staff?
What he just did took some balls. Good on Drake. Hope he can find some peace one day

Pretty sure they aren't "allegations" if the person pleads guilty and serves time in jail.
I feel so bad for his dad if I was in his shoes I would never forgive his mother. He knew it from the start and tried to prevent it only for his mother not to care.
Josh probably kept quiet so not to cause disruption in his career, the irony is that his silence did just that.
How many hours did Schnider's publicist work on his 'heart felt' statements and apologizes.
they are not allegations , the man who abused him went to court and was found quilty & convicted of lewd acts with a minor , that minor was drake bell . dont sugar cote it by calling something a allegation when the man went to jail *all be it not for long due to corruption* .
The guy was charged, arrested and sent to prison these are more then just allegations.
How are they allegations when the criminal was found guilty and served prison time? Those are no longer allegations.
It’s shocking that Taran Kilam wrote a letter of support for Brian Peck. Seeing the dune buggy episode of Drake and Josh is gonna hit different for sure.
Wow. Drake is so much the bigger person!!! A lot to people would tell others to f off. Not Drake. It seems that Drake is growing and changing and healing. Drake's beautiful brown eyes, while there's pain, they're bigger and have hope and clarity. God bless you, Drake. You're one of the bravest men i have ever seen. God is healing you. May GOD bless you and all survivors of abuse. 🙏❤️🙏
It's so depressing to see drake and josh now compared to when they were teenagers. No matter how happy they look, they still looks really despressed all the time.
This is deeply disturbing
That was absolutely heartbreaking to watch him talk about what happened. I could see the hurt and trauma in his eyes. This Dan creep paved the way , he created environments for predators to act out. He normalized sexual innuendos etc towards kids, he made it ok, he should be held accountable as well.
Josh I hope and pray that you’re doing ok . . No child should have to endure the abuse you did . This weird is full of sick weirdos
yea like the girl he took advantage of and went to court for in 2021.
Josh being the “fat kid” probably saved him from the sexual abuse, but definitely not the emotional abuse of the fat jokes
@@hyperbolicathletes One would think. I really don’t think anyone was immune though. Just bc he wasn’t fit like the others doesn’t mean there wasn’t a creep who would consider him his type, as sick as that sounds.
I feel for any child actors wtf why and how does this always happen? How is there no oversight?
for anyone wondering, do you rmemeber the pickle guy from the amanda show? That is Brian Peck. Hes been allowed around young children even after what he was arrested for also btw

Josh dropped Drake like a bad habit as soon as the drama happened... I guess alot of us did the same... Not really looking on the other side of the coin.... Anyone who judges Josh for cutting ties with Drake is hypocrite... It is not our place to forgive Josh... Yes... We as fans were hurt by this... I don't follow social media, but I always thought Josh was trying to distance himself from the industry after the show ended and just wanted to focus on his own stuff. If he DID know about what was going on but said nothing about it, that is sad. But I don't blame the guy for wanting to get away. If my information is outdated, feel free to correct me. And to Drake, I wish you the best, man, you deserve it after all of the crap you've gone through...
Personally I don’t trust anything Josh says either the dude became a douche once he lost all that weight and left Drake out of everything I mean come on even out of his own wedding he kept him out idk to me I used to really love Josh but even back in 2018 i unfollowed cause it’s like he doesn’t even know who Drake is he just left his ass behind on everything Josh is sketchy af I can feel it
Things should change for young actors in this industry.
To be fair Josh didnt know he was until he said something about it in that interview and he understands now
Insane to me that he was going through trial and continued the show without anyone knowing..
Bryan Peck should’ve gotten a life sentence for what he did and Dan should’ve turned himself in to show he means the “apology”. But we all know it was staged to make him look like a “good guy” even though it’s obviously fake. He doesn’t mean a word he says and had a former actor from iCarly to the “interview”
For all we know, Dan wrote and edited the whole thing and should still be put in jail.
But, justice will come when God punishes those demons for what they did to those former child actors and the parents will receive judgement too for not protecting them when knew what was going on….
I don't trust Josh, I don't believe anything he does is genuine, of course he reached out to Drake, his silence would have been career suicide, he does what he needs to, to look good for the public
SMH wow if you did not like to be a child star you can't believe all the things you hear
Watch an episode of Head of the Class how Dan Schneider yells in a hallway with the teacher about why he acts the way he does. Almost insinuating his real personality.
I feel bad for them. This isn’t just be shared with a small group of people it’s being shared to the world.
Dan Schneider does not seem apologetic at all. . .
Perhaps that's because he knows he already got away with what he did and this is just lip service at this point
