    Drake Bell pled guilty to text messages. He was found innocent for all the rest accusations, the accuser's claims were proven to be false. However, the media has been posting false information about Drake’s case to make their articles as clickable as possible along with some big UA-camrs like Sloan and many others who keep fooling their viewers and make them believe lies and slander; chasing money and attention they didn’t care how bad their actions would affect life and reputation of an innocent person. The truth about Drake Bell must be spread because the whole world believes the most awful things about him that are false. It is wild how this innocent man is still being bullied all over the internet and being called the most terrible names, that's beyond injustice and must be stopped. Share this video!

The girl is accusing him of SA related crimes, however, the state investigated and declared those claims to be unfounded, then dismissed that. The state instead decided to charge him with *"attempted child endangerment,"* which Drake pled guilty to due to not being more thorough. If you don't understand the law enough to know what felony attempted child endangerment is, you probably shouldn't be making any statements about your hopes for this literal felon. How can you claim you didn't know someone was underage, when you first met them 3 years ago when they were 12. He was not catfished, he was instructed to stay he made "reckless" decisions. For example Sloan is the most infamous one because he made more than several videos on him claiming that the crime was possible when the evidence shows it couldn't have happened at all and second he doesn't research his sources showing how he has a bad take on the justice system. Boze vs the world apparently had these so called screenshots of his "messages" from the fan several years back which pretty much had the false stuff that was debunked by the state of Ohio and she didn't even credit her sources where obtained that sort of info from. -Conversations continue eventually to the point where Drake is flirting back
    -He realizes this person may be underage or that this is wrong so he cuts them off

    Gone are the days of "innocent until proven guilty." No, we all just aimlessly cast our stones to whoever accuses someone of something that we have no iota of them ever commiting anything remotely heinous or deplorable.
    And it's also one of the main reasons why so many men remain silent on SA, because this is what they have to deal with in society-unfair consequences-as if you're being punished for being a victim.

Even speaking about the case, it's only leading to people to just make assumptions based on "what ifs" rather than just accepting the fact the evidence shows why he didn't plea to SA. People are over saying just cause he plead guilty within a couple weeks because everything else is apparently "under seal", which is not btw, and that it never went to trial because he would've being found guilty of SA or any other misconduct when that's ABSOLUTELY NOT the case here. Nobody can just accept the evidence shown here and decides to make these garbage claims like they know everything about the legal system. The crime of child endangerment is intentionally placing a child under 18 in a situation that threatens their health and safety. This includes exposing the child to unjustifiable pain, suffering, or danger. The crime of felony attempted child endangerment suggests he made a conscious albeit "reckless and irresponsible" effort to lure a 15 year old girl to a situation that would threaten their health and safety.

    I'm a clerk of criminal felony court and I will say Drake made the right choice. Sometimes it's better to plead guilty even if you're innocent than it is to go to trial and risk jail time. @@Kinnishinot inherently. Did you hear what he said? His lawyer sees guilty people walk out scot free and innocent people go to jail. I'm not going to inherently believe without a shadow of a doubt that he *is* innocent because I believe people are dishonest and cover stuff up all the time and anyone especially in Hollywood has that potential, but innocent folks get locked up all the time in the US due to corrupt judges, falsification of the facts by police, false testimonies, and just simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I don't make exceptions for celebrities.
      Pleading guilty doesn't necessarily mean one has done something wrong or true evidence against them and I think that's important to remember. The sentence for those who plead guilty is almost always lighter than those who plead innocence. Like when he says "you would have done the same thing," I think that is accurate for most people (as in, most people prefer probation/parole and being able to be with their family than being locked up in a jail cell for years.)
      I just don't like it when people assume someone must be guilty when they plead so. It's a black-and-white way of judging the situation. The US court system is not a beacon of justice and transparency, I'm sad to say.

    • @EricaDugas
      @EricaDugas Місяць тому +9

      @@Kinnishi not necessarily, someone can be totally innocent, but all the opposing attorney has to do is be able to spin things in a way that convinces a jury there's guilt. It's all about which attorney is a better story teller. I've seen guilty people walk and innocent people go to jail. My court seriously has a case from the 90s where a girl claimed her mother's boyfriend SAd her. He was found guilty by a jury and sentenced to 50yrs.. guess what now it's like 30yrs later and she's coming forward admitting she lied and made the whole thing up because she didn't like her moms boyfriend and she wanted her mom and dad to get back together. But hey if there's no evidence you can't be convicted.. right...?? Wrong. Look at what happened here. The media completely twisted and manipulated what was happening to make the story more interesting and clickable. It was never an SA case like the media claimed, he's not a p3dophile and he does not have to register as a s3x offender like the media claimed. He plead guilty to sending inappropriate text messages to a girl who he thought was legal. Yes she LIED about her age, but the fact is even though he was under the impression she was legal, he still sent them to a minor unknowingly. Trust me if there was any concrete hard evidence the case would have been very different. They used digital forensics and found 0 evidence that he sent her nudes like she claimed.. even when you think you deleted something form a device.. no you didn't. There's always a digital footprint and had he actually done that they would have found it. If you go watch his sentencing you can tell by her behavior and outburst she's dishonest in her story. His attorney even mentioned there were adults who were representing her who even said Drake didn't even have an opportunity to do the physical things she claimed because they were never alone together.

      @@C4Harris Drake didn’t rape her. She spammed his Instagram DMs until he noticed & answered. She gave him a sob story & he gave her some advice, as a way to uplift her spirits, then sent her a picture of herself & complimented it. She thanks him for the advice & tells him he doesn’t know just how much he helped her. He never said anything else to her after that. She then started to get obsessive & kept trying to reach out to him (she admits this in the sentencing video), but didn’t succeed. He announces his engagement to his longtime girlfriend of 4 years. After learning about this, she decides to confront him over it, which resulted in her getting blocked by him. She then proceeds to contact his fiancé, confronting her about her relationship with him & telling her that she should’ve been the one to be with Drake instead of her. She then started stalking her page, thus proceeding to blackmail her with the allegations, threatening to tell the world that Drake had raped her.All this happened in 2017. The next year, she files a false police report, accusing him of Sexual Assault, grooming, sending her nudes & sexual texts. Now, while she’s doing this, Janet (his wife) & Drake are completely unaware that their lives are about to be turned upside down by this stalkerish fan. Drake plans more concerts & she pops up at every one since filing the report. Drake & the accuser’s phones were seized by the authorities when she made the claims. The investigation went on for 2 years. The accuser claimed that Drake had groomed her since the age of 12, starting in 2014. This implies that she & Drake were engaging in an online relationship for 3 years.This was apparently going on since the start of he & Janet’s relationship, which began in 2014. The investigators caught her in many other lies besides this big one. More lies included Drake getting sexual with her when she reached age 15. He started calling her “hot” & had sent her pictures of his genitalia. She stated that after she revealed her age, he continued talking to her. The investigators found no proof of that. They also found no proof that he forced her to give him a BJ backstage, fingered her while they both rode in the back seat of her aunt’s car on the way to his show, sent her d**k pics, or that she was ever left alone in his hotel room.
      She, her aunt, & her aunt’s friend were all invited to visit his hotel room after the 2nd show. When they arrived, he was blow drying his hair & when he finished, he gave them a tour, talked to them & they took the conversation out in the hallway. Her aunt told her & her friend to wait out in the hallway while she stayed behind to get her birthday card autographed by him. The accuser told the friend that she was planning on ruining his life because he rejected her advances on Instagram. When she heard this, she was furious & decided to confront the aunt. She then informed the accuser’s mother & they both accused her of lying, which resulted in her being disowned by the family.
      She had known the accuser & her family for over 20 years. She knew they were setting him up when she was later contacted by the authorities. Both she & Drake each told their side of what happened. She had stated that his life is ruined by this & expressed how hurt she was over being accused of lying.
      The investigators also discovered that the accuser had kept photos of Janet in her phone because she was using them to stalk & harass her over her relationship with Drake. She stated this in a video she made on Instagram earlier this year. I've never heard of a potential victim of Sexual Assault stalking & blackmailing a newly engaged woman because she believed that her fiance should've been with her.
      The accuser amped up the drama by claiming that Drake gave her nightmares, panic attacks (she pretended to have one right after saying this, which caused Drake to look at her ass as if she was crazy), was the reason that she was in therapy (she was in therapy way before she even met him) & has a lack of trust in men. She stated that had she not been on her period, she was sure that he would've raped her. She also doesn't hesitate to blame her aunt for "allowing" her to be assaulted & that is the reason why their relationship is so rocky, when the actual reason why their relationship is shaky is because she blatantly lied on her.
      She says that he doesn't have any remorse for the pain he caused her (getting engaged & not being dumb enough to choose a teenager over his girlfriend), that he was a coward for appearing on Zoom instead of in court in person, & doesn't shy away from dragging him over revealing that he was happily married & was a new father & says that he's trying to present himself to the world as a good man just because he had a child (which was his wife's idea to reveal their marital status to the world once everything blew over, as she stated in her video) & that she deserves better than to be used by his "sick desires" before signing off by stating that he is a pedophile & that was his legacy.
      Because of her, people now believe that he is a pedophile who was cheating with her behind his wife's back, when the girl was already blocked before they even got married. His wife is getting unfair backlash because she stood by him throughout this entire horrific ordeal & they're outright disgusted by his actions because they really believe the things she accused Drake of doing to her & are treating her as if she's an actual victim of abuse, when in reality she was nothing but a stalker who became unhealthily obsessed with Drake to the point of deluding herself into believing that she'd get to be with him the SECOND he acknowledged her.
      They never had a relationship. He never met her at the club. She showed up there, due to the fact that she’d found out that he was having a concert there because he’d announced it in a tweet to his fans. She’d kept attending his concerts, posing as an 18 year old until he grew suspicious & asked for her age. She confessed that she was 15 & as a result got blocked from his Instagram account.
      She made his life a living hell because she was pissed at him for blocking her once he learned her real age. He was charged with Child Endangerment, which had something to do with a meet & greet after the 2nd show. He was never charged with any sex crimes & had never plead to them. Her aunt was scheduling meet & greets. The family friend attended 2 out of 9 concerts, which were the concerts she claimed to be assaulted after.
      Long story short, She:
      1. Filed a false police report
      2. Posed as an adult by using a fake ID
      3. Stalked/harrassed his partner by posting pictures of her on her social media accounts & blackmailed her with the accusations (Not something a supposed rape victim would do)
      4. Committed perjury (by lying in her testimony as an adult)
      He:
      Replied to her message & gave her advice to cheer her up & in return gets labeled as a pedophile, even though after discovering she was underage, he cut off communication with her & THAT was her main reason for doing this, ruining his life.

  • @JameseGray1991
    @JameseGray1991 Рік тому +142

    This is why I hate people, especially those who blindly believe the lies that are told through clickbait videos. Drake keeps calling his actions stupid, but in all honesty there was nothing he did that was stupid. SHE was the one who was working overtime to get his attention & wouldn’t stop until she achieved her goal.
    She messaged him & it was NOTHING inappropriate in her message, nor in his. There’s nothing inappropriate about asking for & receiving advice, yet she turned around & claimed that he’d approached her in an inappropriate manner online. She ruined his life because she didn’t get what she wanted from him, which was a relationship.
    I have spent a majority of the last two years, defending this man’s innocence, only to be crucified relentlessly for defending him, being told that supporting him makes me a horrible person, I’ve been told by someone that they hope whatever happened to the accuser would happen to me. I mean, I got it all & it was all because my intuition told me that she wasn’t to be trusted.
    This is coming from someone who believed her at one point. She’s not & will never be a victim because no true victim would behave the way she did on that court hearing. She acted more like a jealous ex than a traumatized victim who was supposedly raped. The way she attacked him over his revealing his marital status & fatherhood was disgusting to say the least.
    SLO4N & Boze took the headlines & ran sprints with the narrative of him being a pedophile because negative reaction was what gave them views. They gave no damns about the way his life crumbled because all that mattered to them is the fact that they could manipulate their viewers into believing the absolute worst about him. He explained himself, time & time again, & each time he did the narrative was that he was victim-blaming the accuser & trying to male himself appear less guilty, when all it boiled down to was him being honest about his part of the situation. He messaged her back. That’s it. That’s what she wanted & what she insinuated happened NEVER ONCE took place, but as always, it’s the accuser’s word against the accused & the accuser always wins.
    She got so much support just from her word alone & it was blown completely out of proportion. People believe that he actually did the things she accused him of because it’s easy. It’s easier to just believe lies men to look at the situation from different lens & look at the facts which is exactly what I did since these allegations came out. I waited patiently to see more information come out over that time. I have witnessed Miranda and Josh completely turn their backs on him, because they believe the lies that were told about him, but out of respect, Miranda has taken the high road & not said anything about the situation. Whereas Josh has remained vocal, taking any chance he can to take shots at Drake & kick him while he’s down.
    People have ripped Janet to shreds for defending her husband. I’m pissed at the amount of backlash that she’s received. They believe that she was aware that he was sleeping with this individual when they were never in any type of relationship other than him being her favorite singer & her being a huge fan of him. That’s the only bond they had & she deluded herself into thinking that there was gonna be more just from some uplifting, NOT inappropriate words of encouragement she got from him after pouring herself out about her life’s struggles.

The real culprit was your friend's old classmate he's guilty for impersonating and harassing which are both cyber crimes for a reason. Why should it be reported if it's just online? Well why should it be tolerated? In worst case scenario the online harassment can lead to irl harassment that's what that girl wanted to avoid which she did and good for her. But I get it you're worried about your friend's reputation and of course it must be distressing for your friend cause some people would still be pointing fingers at em but understand this isn't the girl's fault it's the fault of these people who don't look at evidence and that old classmate who committed the crime.
