    Very nice this Aircraft has very nice lines. I think it would do well here in the US.

    👌. Some one should take one of those to Africa, definitely. Another cool aircraft on your collection. I'm very fond of metal shiny liveries. Would love a ride on that one. Also your video editing is very good.

    I used to work for Murphy and it is crazy how many similarities there are to the Murphy design. Very cool aircraft!

    Hi Phillipp, after seeing some Sunset flights it was great that you did this one at Sunrise. It made it interesting to see the fog lifting and the Sun trying to shine through in the morning air. Glad that you got to enjoy a nice cup of Coffee before your flight as well.
    Really enjoyed the view since you were flying so low. The portion along that Waterway was really nice seeing it up close and seeing that water, slightly foggy and the Sun breaking through the foggy atmosphere.
    Congratulations on having that 10 page article written on your famous flight from the United States to Germany with Konstantin. It is a nice reward for all of the bad weather and cold conditions on your flight you both endured. I would love to see the article but it is probably written in German as opposed to English. I would like to see the article, even if I can't read it, it would be nice to see the photos.

    Thanks for the content! Can you make a q&a some time? I would love to know how you got into flying. I started to do microlight flying in NRW but now I have to study, so it's too expensive for this time. What do you think about doing the SPL?

    • @driven_aviator
      @driven_aviator  2 місяці тому

      We’ll, I also did the SPL, it’s a shame that to extend it to PPL you literally start at zero… noted about the q&a, maybe I’ll do a live stream about that

    Hallo Phillipp, Glückwunsch zu Deinem neuen Channel. Ich habe gesehen, dass die Cowling vorne ausgeschnitten ist. Früher gab es ja Probleme bei der WildThing mit dem Jabiru 6 Zylinder hinsichtlich Überhitzung. Ist dieser Ausschnitt nun der Grund um die Überhitzung in den Griff zu bekommen? Ist das Problem nun gelöst? Übrigens ein ganz toller klassischer Flieger und ein
    echter TD - gefällt mir sehr!!!

      @driven_aviator  2 місяці тому

      Hey Uwe, vielen Dank für dein Feedback! Ja, der Ausschnitt ist dafür da, nach wie vor musst du bei der WT aber gerade im clim hot & high aufpassen, dass die CHTs im Rahmen bleiben. Da ich jedoch meist nur lokal (kaum elevation) und alleine fliege, klappt das recht gut :)

    Hallo Phillipp, schönes Video und geiler Flieger !!!! Wenn der Motor nur nicht so saufen würde😂😂😂 Das Wild Thing fliegt einfach Mega !!! Ist der Flieger in Riesa gebaut worden und war mal eine Weile in Haßfurt und danach in Nörvenich stationiert ? Mir kommt das Kennzeichen bekannt vor? Flieger Grüße aus der Eifel.

      Hey 👋
      Ich kenne die Historie der TS leider nur bis Strausberg bei berlin, aber wer weiß, wo sie noch so war 😅
      Auf jeden eines der besten je gebauten ULs…
      Grüße in die Eifel 👋

    I wish I could have flown my Mooney M20C in Germany when I was there. I have only been in Germany for a week at a time at two different times. I absolutely loved my visit. Will my American single engine land license work in Germany? It is one issued by the American FAA. Your plane would work well here in Idaho. There are many remote strips for the bush pilot. Just put big tundra tires on it if you want to land on sand bars in a river etc.

      We’ll, as I also have an FAA license here’s my basic knowledge: you are allowed to fly Nreg SEL in Germany and Europe, but not German regs. Man I would love to take the Wild Thing for some flights over there…
