Hi sir. how is it going.. I have a patient who is nearly 9 years old.. and needs to expand her maxilla.. but the first upper molar is badly carious and the D and E are still present.. how can I get enough anchorage for the device? and which one is prefered.. the fixed expansion or the removable one.. and where can I put the retentive components?
