wait with these tools it can solve crossbite quickly? its so different when it comes using elastic that will take longer, these tools looks so expensive, so i will stick on elastic and patiently to correct my bite

Hello. Wires and brackets will not provide enough force to cause a skeletal expansion of the upper jaw. Wires and brackets can certainly expand the teeth very well, not the jaw bone underneath.
Hi. Generally expansion as seen in this video works best on younger adolescence patients. Anyone older than approximately 16-17 becomes less predictable and will likely require additional appliance to help expand the Maxilla
Hi. The typical age limit for basic expansion shown in video is around 16-17 years old. There are other appliances/procedures that would be required for older patients.

qwerty when you reach about 13 years old, posterior Crossbite is very difficult fix without surgical intervention..
