Andre, if anyone ever takes any of my YT comments serious, PLEASE LET IT BE THIS ONE.
Andre, please contact whomever manages these fine ladies, and PLEASE put together a collaboration. Do whatever it takes to make it happen. Everyone I have shown this video to has gone nuts over it. THIS IS PURE PLATINUM.
The raw power and emotion of the Nooran Sisters, combined with Western Metal as you've adapted it to their singing is simply amazing. I am 55 years old, grew up listening to everything from Budgie to Metallica and beyond, over 50 years of heavy metal and I have never seen anything that comes close to this. The blending of East meets West almost brings tears to my eyes. All three of the videos you put together showcasing the Nooran Sisters are fantastic, and I can only imagine what would come from a collaboration focused on producing an album of this caliber. I look forward to seeing you all in concert.
Please, UA-camrs, if you agree with this post, give it a like to let Andre know I am not the only one that feels this way. SMASH that like button, and share this video with as many people as you can if you want to see this happen! Peace!
I'm in a weird situation where I'm sitting here with an album in hands, ready to tour, but the Nooran Sisters have separated, as they are now pursuing solo careers. I am in contact with Sultana Nooran (The sister on the right), but one singer alone can't sing the whole song because it's always about repeating each other's lines. Jyoti Nooran (The sister on the left) hasn't shown any interest. Maybe she doesn't like the fact that it's metal, or something else. It's a project with so much potential, but unless they see it, nothing done. I'm asking my viewers help by sending messages to Jyoti so she can be aware of the seriousness of this project. Thank you all for your support.
She’s clapping to keep to keep time not to take away from their talent
@oozeslime2219 It was worth a shot mate, glad that Adre took you seriously, who knows maybe these two won't do it but someone else may will!
@@AndreAntunesofficial Thanks for taking your bro seriously mate, but hey, there are plenty of singers wanting their shot around the world, maybe you can find someone else to fill that gap :)
Thanks a lot for your work mate, you are the best!
@@AndreAntunesofficial Thus my comment, mate. I am hoping the number of likes to this comment will help you convince Jyoti. This is not only an opportunity to bring amazing skill and devotion to the world, but an opportunity for both of the Nooran Sisters to bring their faith to the rest of the world. I fully understand their devotion--through music--to the Sufi faith, and I suspect THAT is where the magic therein lies. The pure joy on their faces while they sing obviously comes from deep within, not just with this impromptu performance, but with all of the performances that I have been able to find on the internet. Your blending this joy with your own is what truly makes this phenomenal example of human creativity shine right into the hearts of all who are exposed to it.
The real magic here is the coming together of people, across time and space, in spite of their differences, to bring joy to others. Peace, and good luck, Brother!
"God has written ihsan on everything"
This is proof of that. And you can tell Jyoti I said so.

Nobody talks about the fact that these women sing without a BPM / drums and they never dropped the tempo , they were singing perfectly the whole time, on beat!
Yes they have their own drum within them
Buddy they use their claps & snaps to stay in same tempo through out the song and not to miss any beat. I don't know about the west but it's very basic practice of Indian music learning. We call it Riyaz.
@@karwaanmusic1623 In the west we tap/stomp our foot
They not just snip their fingers but they also rock up and down and sideways/dance to it.
Not that hard to stay in Tempo if your whole body is remembering it.
I'm sorry to dissapoint you, but in this case I am pretty sure that Ableton Live or smth similar it's what keeps it in tempo
Unreal. On the "old Internet" this would have been an absolute legend. There's so much content online now this is one of many things to listen to... But I'm glad it showed up in my algo.
Ah, yes, the "old" Internet, may it rest in peace. Still, we had a good run, eh?
In a weird way I see this stage of the algorithm aging the same way, we forget how much rubbish kids content, terrible commentary channels and just general trash that was posted through rose tinted glasses at old “YT” and the internet in general. Just a thought, but I guarantee this’ll be that video that pops up in recommended feeds randomly for years.
@@eonova There's something to that; humans tend to remember pleasant experiences better than negative ones if sufficient time has passed.
That said, I think the reason we think back fondly on the "old" Internet is that it was a lot smaller and more honest back then. There simply wasn't the flood of low-effort clickbait and scam nonsense you see today. Also, the Internet consisted of a wide variety of different sites, catering to specific interests. Nowadays, the Internet is basically "5 big websites filled with screenshots from the other 4". Sites in the old day were designed to convey information, or to entertain, and the ads were just there to cover hosting costs and perhaps make a little money. These days, sites are designed to serve ads. That's their primary purpose, regardless of what they present it as. The information or entertainment, aka the very thing you visit the site for, is at best a secondary concern, an afterthought. What is important though is manipulating you into staying on the site as long as possible, since that way they can serve you more ads. This leads to all sorts of vulgar tactics such as clickbait, outrage farming, focusing on sensationalism over information, ... It doesn't matter if it's to the detriment of the site's users; social media isn't concerned with your mental well-being. They don't care that they're making you miserable. All that counts is how much money they made off you. And while we always had shady elements online, on the "old" Internet, they were a minority.
It's not just rose-tinted glasses. The Internet has really gone downhill.
The 'Old Internet' still exists but it's been smothered by the 'New Internet' content which is so mass produced it just happens that way.
So, welcome back to this vaguely defined 'Old Internet' kind of content.
I mean... this video has more than 6 million views, that's insane
Their voices are crazy good
The control they have over their pitch is insane! And the way they manage to stay in sync too. Talented gals

@@Inkfingers7 a favorite of mine. Nothing like Japanese Indian metal
Don't know if I'll be able to do it, but I have recently picked up guitar. I'll see if I can introduce metal to India since it's still very small here. I can also do vocals myself so I can make similar stuff to bloodywood (hopefully we can collab sometime??? probably dreaming too big for now)
The fact they're singing on a news mic and not a studio mic and yet sound so good is proof how good they're with their vocals
It isn't so clean in the original video but it is still phenomenal. I think the guitars might disguise some of the noise and Antunes did some clever cleaning up of the original audio.
Not sure which mic this one is in particular but there’s an interview mic called the electro voice e635 and it’s my favorite for recording vocals
By that logic anyone singing into their phone has a god tier voice
The blending of their vocals is unreal and they sing incredibly tightly together even down to the vibrato and melismas. This is live and it sounds like it's perfectly aligned with a DAW which it obviously isn't.

You are the innocent kid of the Pious God,
The dearest to his royalty…
Innocent kid of the Pious God,
You are his beloved child,
The worries that God has given,
He only will take them away…
Chanting name of Lord,
Dance in streets, Chant Ali Ali,
Dance in streets, Chant Ali Ali…
Jugni rukh peepal ka hoi,
Jisko pooje ta har koi,
Jisdi fasal kisi na boyi
Ghar bhi rakh sake na koi…
The Girl has become like the Peepal (tree),
Everyone worships you,
But no one ever sows your seeds,
And no one can arrest you at home…
Rasta naap rahi marjaani,
Patthi baarish da hai paani,
Jab nazdeek jahaan de aani,
Jugni maili si ho jaani..
Treading the roads fearlessly,
She is akin to rain water,
When she comes near the real world,
She becomes a little dirty..
Le ke naam rab da Ali Ali,
Jhall khaleran chali,
Naam rab da Ali Ali,
Har darwaaja Ali…
Chanting the name of Lord, Ali Ali,
She goes mad with ecstasy,
Saying the name of Lord, Ali Ali,
At each Door, Ali Ali…
Saayin re… Sai Re..
Maine to tere tere, utte chhaddiyan doriyaan..
O Lord… O Almighty,
I am giving my reins to you…
@@rini9325 beautiful, thank you Rini!
It's so interesting how when they sing apart, their voices are distinct from each other, but together it sounds almost like just one person singing? Not sure how to explain it' but oh my gosh, their intonation is amazing
when you match the key that's what happens
Maybe because they’re sisters they have slightly different but similar voices which makes them easier to sync
The word you're looking for is "harmony"
It’s called “blending.” When you are playing in unison with someone you’re listening closely to your peer and trying to be one instrument.
Okay y’all we get it there’s a lot of words for it 😂
Incredible performance on all fronts and great guitar backing. Loved it ❤
That breakdown part is SO SOAD.
I WANT THIS BAND IN REAL LIFE NOW!
I know exactly how you feel!
We need new album and a world tour of this supergroup!
Would never have thought to mix metal with North Indian singing - but THAT is a sonic marriage made in heaven. The tone, power, and charisma of the two singers' voices fit the ferociously solid metal guitar riffs built around them like a hand fits a glove, creating something new and a bit exciting. This doesn't just work - this is shockingly good...😎
IMHO it also shows that there is a deeper, common element that both kinds of music stem from.
@Karl with a K are they the scammers, or are you making a broad generalization based on other Indian scammers? There's a difference, man
@karlwithak. Damn, almost like your only interactions with Indian people has been through perpetuating the stereotypes about them. Sounds like you should do some traveling and learn something about other cultures.
@Karl with a K well they don’t shoot schools or public gatherings, and I think it’s better
@Karl with a K Or maybe rape a girl and force her to keep the child
These women (if unedited) are some awesome singers.
Timing, pitch, harmonies, all just perfect.
Being a SOAD fan i would say this is beyond next level..❤🔥❤🔥
this remix is now the favourite song of my neighbours, whether they like it or not
🤟😂
Yaaaasss!
My upstairs neighbor loves it too, hear him tap the floor with his feet all the time.
It's actually pretty down
This lol
Damn bro. I was really rocking out to this.
This ain't a parody. This shit hits hard. It's legit! I've listened to it like 50 times already.
I'm pretty sure this one is not a parody.
Same lol, can't stop listening
Same 😆 🤘
This is sick. Just a bit cleaner production and it would perfection.
same
this might be a meme but eastern music is so good unironically.
I'm an old head and I've just listened to this for the first time 5 times in a row and i don't think i'll ever get enough
I love the way siblings voices blend, when they really sing well together it's like a double track but way cooler.
They don't want the public to think critically but to just consume the products that bring the most monetary profit to corporations 👉 The Connections (2021) [short documentary] 🔥
@@VeganSemihCyprus33 Are you telling me water is wet? What's next the sky is blue? What vision! What a fresh take. What a hot, fresh take. Damn son, put the internet down - you need to be a rocket surgeon philosopher.
water make sme so weeeeettt
kinda like serj and Daron
@@nognog8864 No, not really. Daron and Serj have very different voices but sing in nice harmonies. He is not talking about harmony only, he is talking about very similar voice timbre
Dear Indians out here! Make more metal like this, the world needs it! \m/
Shanti Shanti Shanti by Babymetal. Thank me later.
Have you listened to Bloodywood?
@@Xomeal. wow, interesting! Not yet, but I will explore them
@@Inkfingers7 just checked it out, this one a very funny cultural mix. Thanks, I will give it a try!
@@ekaterinaburakova8629 Right? They have lots of other great ones too.
Aside from how astonishingly good this is, the revenga riff you snuck in there at 0:27 was gold as well
How to stop listening to this on repeat 101: I have absolutely no ******* idea
Their pitch and sense of timing is astounding!
It's amazing what professional singers can do!
I watched this so many times in a row that YT showed me an ad in an indian language after. 🤣
Wtf i clicked not expecting much but this is legendary
lmao this slaps so hard bro
Holy crap they are incredible vocalists
also kinda cute, i know i would 😏
@@Eisenwulf666 would what? continue to appreciate their talents and not diminish them by focusing on the least interesting part about them, their "cuteness"? I thought so, I WOULD too :)
@@Eisenwulf666 ist so
@@gfitz91 yesss,, you go!! unfortunately when someone said “I would” or just “would” to a person it means they would do inappropriate things
Yes!! Their voice control is next level!!
Omg I'm an Indian woman who loves metal and this is AMAZING 🤩 well done!!! ❤️🙌
Wonderful 😎
anyone who is into metal music is rocking to this...
I think I love you 😍
Same here 🤘
Be more easily impressed.
I was not looking for this, nor expect it. But DAMN! badass
The cover I never knew I needed - AMAZING!! 🤘🔥❤
i can never unhear the interviewer as indian kermit 😆
Why not?
I literally just commented how I think he sounds like Ms Piggy lol
literally in my head thinking of it
HAHAHAHA!
Lmaoooo 🐸
Come for the novelty , stay for the absolute legit head-banger. Need much more of this.
Hilarities. I just discovered your vids and I've been laughing just as much as I've been enjoying them. Well done 👍! 😆
Listened to this the other day. Has been stuck in my head since!!! Love it
The thing is, this is super convincing as a SOAD song. The inflections and style they are singing already match Serj's, so with the instrumentals, it literally sounds like one of their songs covered by ladies.
When a serendipity becomes destiny. Sounds so fucking good
I agree it’s a very eastern vibe of singing.
Serj Tankian the lead singers grandmother was from Punjabi descent. The connection to his roots heavily influenced his singing career
@@hornetIIkite3 interesting
I had to look it up to see if it wasn’t. Now I’m glad I’ve discovered the Nooran Sisters.
Most accurate system of a down style song BY FAR. This could've been a track on any of their albums, and it would've been SICK
check out moonic productions SOAD style. particularly for Milkshake, Toxic, and La Isla Bonita
I've listened to this about a dozen times since yesterday evening. I dig it. 🙂
It makes sense. Serj uses a bunch of Armenian microtonal stuff when he sings
@@42pyroboy The part of Greece I'm from plays very similar music to traditional Armenian and I would disagree with that statement. I think it's more about the beat and the way he wrote the guitar parts.

Ye i liked the Chop Suey rework - Mango Curry. 🤘🏻
